Absolutely FABULOUS food! We tried the dumplings, chicken wings, ramen, ribs, and more. SO GOOD! Perfect flavor! So sorry one of my daughters couldn't make it, but we brought some home for her. She loved it! Definitely going there again!
Visiting from out of town and checked out this ramen spot because of all the good reviews. The food hall that this ramen spot is a part of was busy and bustling on a Sat night. The bowl of classic tonkotsu ramen was delicious, and the thing we were looking for on a chilly autumn night. The taste of the broth was surprisingly sweet, which weāre not sure if its from (what we think are) the fried shallots or if there was added sugar. In general I love fried shallots, but having it in ramen was a new experience. The pork slices were also grilled? Braised? But it had some nice crispy caramelisation that was also new to me. Fun to try a chefās unique take on ramen and Iām glad we came, but I think I personally prefer a more traditional Sapporo style. Loved the mountain of fresh scallions piled on top. Overall a rich, delicious, heavy dish.

I absolutely love the chef/owner of this restaurant!!! Thr food delivously flavored, every bite filled with warm and savory flavors. The menu is mostly gluten free or can be modified to be, the Kimchuruchikin I get every time. Broth, noodles, and chicken all gluten free. Large portion and made with a smile. The sesame balls I don't know what goodness is packed in those bite size warm treats, a must to have with any meal. The wings are also gluten free but have a great crisp outside, tender juicy chicken, super flavored rich. The owner took time to explain the menu, many customers before me every time I go this is one of their fav places.
I want once and I was hooked so anytime I can schedule a working lunch it is at Eat Streer Crossing just to get this delicious food. Priced well, portioned great, you will not leave hungry. A lot of seating and a great vibe of old industrial chic. Bathroom reminds me of NYC with the robust color of red and neon lightning super cute design.

The ramen here is the closest I've had in MN that reminds me of the ramen I had in Japan! To me, that says a lot about the quality and taste of not only the food but also the chef. I can't wait to go back to try more of the other menu items and for times when I wish I was eating ramen in Japan again! We are so lucky to have a place like this here.

We were excited to try this spot after seeing all the good reviews. Ordered the Classic and the Rengoku Ramen.
The Classic broth had no depth to it, after awhile the onion crisps merged with the broth and it turned into a creamy broth with a strong taste of onion.
The menu said Rengoku had Tom Yum but it was nothing close to thatā¦it was a weird sour taste with huge amounts of chili oil and pepper flakes.
Pork on both dishes were tough, I had to use my fingers to bite off a peice.
Service was ok, they didnāt greet us but greeted other folks who came in.

Iām quite surprised this place has such a high rating. I had the classic Tonkotsu ramen and although the broth was nice at first I donāt think it really felt classic. The ramen has a lot of green onions in it and also crispy fried onions. So by the time youāre half way through all you taste is onions. The pork itself was just ok, wish it had more flavor and was more tender.
The person who was working didnāt even exchange a word with me. Just took my order and gave me a disc to alert me when my order was ready and that was it. I said thanks when I went up and grabbed my ramen and didnāt even get acknowledgment. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but the service feels quite empty there.

As a Virginian coming out of town with my friend I personally loved the food and was met with great enthusiasm as well as Minnesota/Vegas hospitality from the owner! The tonkatsu ramen and dumplings speaks for itself and by far the best ramen Iāve ever had in my personal opinion. I definitely recommend this restaurant to whoever is craving a bowl of Ramen!! :)

I had the tonkotsu ramen recently and it was so delicious. The broth was creamier than other tonkotsus Iāve had and it was so flavorful. ESC is an amazing spot, huuuge patio space which feels like its own private space with all the trees. Definitely would recommend if youāre looking for a fun spot on Eat Street.
