I wrote this review about a year ago but have decided to revise it and add some more considerations into my rating.
Ignored a clearly stated food allergy, but since then have been pretty good.
I got a dragon lemonade refresher. I used to be a Starbucks barista, and was training to be a master barista: I know what I'm talking about. A dragon lemonade has a base concentrate with lemonade and ice and some water. The difference between a dragon lemonade\ refresher and a dragon drink is that the dragon drink uses coconut milk instead of lemonade or water. You can sub out the water for apple juice or really whatever you want. I got a dragon lemonade refresher with peach and apple juice. I am allergic to strawberries, as in the fruit themselves but not the juice. I let them know, but because it wasn’t a strawberry açaí or variation there should have been no risk to me.
What I received instead was a dragon drink with dried strawberries on it instead of the standard dragonfruit pieces. The ticket on the cup said exactly what I ordered: a Dragon Lemonade refresher with extra inclusions (dragonfruit). There should have been no coconut, and lots of the dragon fruit pieces.
I went up and kindly told the barista the issue: I didn’t get the drink I wanted and I also had an allergy food in my drink. She was super apologetic and took back my drink. When I got the drink back, it looked right. However, there was milk on the sides of the cup, and strawberry seeds all over the cup and in the drink. It seemed they just poured my drink out, didn’t rinse it, made the drink in the same cup, and handed it back to me.
I’m a touch appalled because I paid money for a drink I couldn’t drink, as an allergy food was in it. I am also not a fan of coconut milk and seeing the milk mixing itself into my drink was just off putting.
Since the year this experience happened, I’ve gone in a bit. I decided to revise my review because honestly? I’m a changed woman and I appreciate the hard work and the staff a lot. They really try their best and regardless of the stress and traffic. They are usually nice and maybe get my drink wrong every 1 in 6 times. Do I think they could use a bit more training on the drinks and how to make each? Yes, perhaps. But most of these workers are teenagers. You get what you expect and are usually very receptive to fixing things. It’s a perfect medium. The food is usually just okay. It’s never going to be a 5 star restaurant review because let’s face it, they are not a 5 star restaurant. The employees do what they can with what they have and I’m okay with that. Overall, it’s a good stop. They have their mess up’s, there are SO many flies in the summer, but the staff is always super sweet and they try to fix their mistakes.

This tiny location really cranks out the drinks! The staff are so friendly, they get to know us and our regular orders. All the drinks just taste better here too!

I don't typically leave reviews, but I had take the time to do this for my favorite Starbucks crew. For the past 7 years, I've been a loyal customer. What makes me come back are the employees and their exceptional customer service. Not only do they know me by my name, but they know exactly what I like to drink. They make it right every single time. Recently, I had experienced loss of a family member. I shared this with the crew, and their empathy was heartwarming. They helped me through the toughest time just by being there for me. I want Starbucks to know that they have best of the best that work at this location. All of you are truly amazing and hope that you know that you will always hold a special place in my heart. ❤️ - Irma

Ordered a “30 oz Iced coffee”, was handed a 20 oz. When I asked about it, the woman who rang it up just acted flustered. It was a simple mistake and could have been easily fixed but instead I was left with a very strange interaction and less coffee than I ordered.

Not a huge Starbucks fan but this location has a great workspace if you are a remote worker. Looks pretty cool plenty of plugs ? and ? fast internet! The food and coffee are ight. Get a tea and call it a day!

I ordered an ice coffee, and besides my co-worker, we were the only ones there, yet it took 5 minutes to get my drink because the three workers decide to literally sit around and gossip, while I literally stand in the pick up area. They looked and saw I was waiting several times, but never started making my drink. In fact, one employee re-filled her drink and walked away.

I am severely allergic to starberries themselves but the acai base is fine so I got a splash of the strawberry base too.What I got instead od what i wanted was a dragon drink with coconut milk and zero inclusions (should have been dragon fruit). In a trenta cup its 2-3 scoops of inclusions. I asked for inclusions. They put strawberries.I went up and told the cashier that I was allergic to strawberries and to please make a new drink. And she didIn the same. Cup. As. The. Strawberries.I'm extremely upset because i paid money to get a drink I can't drink because there are strawberry seeds (allergic) floating around with milk partials also on the cap and in the drink.Full of flies too.

This Starbucks is located on the second level (skyway). The employees are quick and consistent which is ideal on your way to work. Great job every time.
