I ordered an ice coffee, and besides my co-worker, we were the only ones there, yet it took 5 minutes to get my drink because the three workers decide to literally sit around and gossip, while I literally stand in the pick up area. They looked and saw I was waiting several times, but never started making my drink. In fact, one employee re-filled her drink and walked away.

Ignored a clearly stated food allergy.I got a dragon lemonade refresher. I used to be a Starbucks barista and was training to be a master barista I know what I'm talking about. I got a dragon lemonade refresher with peach and apple juice. I am severely allergic to starberries themselves but the acai base is fine so I got a splash of the strawberry base too.What I got instead od what i wanted was a dragon drink with coconut milk and zero inclusions (should have been dragon fruit). In a trenta cup its 2-3 scoops of inclusions. I asked for inclusions. They put strawberries.I went up and told the cashier that I was allergic to strawberries and to please make a new drink. And she didIn the same. Cup. As. The. Strawberries.I'm extremely upset because i paid money to get a drink I can't drink because there are strawberry seeds (allergic) floating around with milk partials also on the cap and in the drink.Full of flies too.

Haven't been on the skyway since 2019 and had to see if it's as barren as I've heard. It was! 75% unoccupied retail fronts, restaurants few and far between. Finally found this Starbucks in relatively busy area of the way. There used to be a Bucks and Bou every few feet but now we have to Yelp search and see if one is still open.Back to this shop, very efficient up to date on the tech front as many people enter and pick up their mobile order in the alphabet squares which I thought look like a toddler's toy. Small seating area, not too noisy and drink ready in a few minutes.Trying to learn my way around downtown again and will try this place again later.

it was amazing place with friendly faces since they reopened. We are in same Canadian Pacific Plaza and they started charging us for refill. First time in 10 years. Also in 2 incident, I got wrong coffee and they replaced it but double charged me.
