I've been here a bunch and there is super inconsistent drink quality. I know they're constantly super busy with all the students coming in, but it's still disappointing. Multiple times I've received drinks that were only a quarter of the way full and just tasted bad compared to how they do at other Starbucks. And the paper lids and straws they started using for all the drinks (except grande/tall hot bevs??) are awful IMO, that's why I don't order iced or venti drinks from here anymore tbh.
As an ex Starbucks employee I understand how hard it is to work here, but genuinely some of the worst service I've ever seen. I came in a week ago with my boyfriend, and I ordered him a Vanilla latte with 5 extra pumps of vanilla. When you make this drink the way I ordered it, it's just 5 extra pumps of the SAME syrup. I watched our barista pump a mystery syrup in it, realize it was the wrong syrup, do a little look around to see if anyone saw (I always watch for this exact reason) and instead of pouring it out, getting a new cup, or literally doing anything, she put 4 pumps of vanilla in it. My boyfriend hated his drink, and said it tasted like mint (he hates mint flavors). I tasted it and he was right; his extremely VANILLA drink tasted like I licked Santa's Elf's armpit: Mint. The only reason I didn't ask for a refund was because my sweet boyfriend just said he would drink it, but ended up throwing it away after sadly sipping on it for 30 min. The store closes at like 2:30 or 3, and are constantly out of everything. The staff is super rude and curt; they are snippy and cut you off. They added coffee to my Creme frap, and again, I recently worked in a Starbucks; I always order in order of how you input it into the machine so it's easier; there should be 0 reason there is coffee in my clearly labeled creme frap. There is one barista who is good. She has longer locks, nose rings (a black and gold one) and a pretty smile. She was the only saving grace of this store.

Sadly disappointed, I ordered a coffee cake, which it says on the bag, but was given a pumpkin bread slice which tastes very below average. The drink I ordered was the new Iced Carmel Apple Cream Latte, which i’ve had before and usually tastes very good. But, the drink I was made was clearly watered down, lukewarm, and tasted bitter. Very sad, will be going to a different starbucks location in the future.

20 minutes of waiting just for a simple one item order
I mean, what can you say about a Starbucks the hasn't already been said about a McDonald's? It's a corporate, consistent experience. If you want your money going to some far away corporate board, drink here. Otherwise go to a locally owned coffee house.
2 days in a row I ordered a black coffee and unheated muffin. Yesterday, 3 people that ordered lattes after my order got their drink first. Today 6 people did, one of them also got a breakfast sandwich. Apparently a black coffee and unheated muffin is much more complex than multiple flavored lattes that need steamed milk, whipped cream, and syrup. Even harder is an apology when I politely pointed out that I hadn't received my order.

I know most of them are college students but I’ve had mostly negative experiences with them. Most of my them is drink quality. My refreshers are never shaken even if it’s slow, that’s my biggest issue. It’s just lazy. Customer service wise they’re wonderful, I’ve only had one poor interaction with the cashier during my four years at the U.
Mobile ordered latte was two-thirds to three-quarters full when I went to pick it up. I asked the barista why that was and they told me it was the steamed milk on top. This tells me two things: 1) the barista doesn't know the difference between a latte and a cappuccino; 2) they are trying to rip you off. I'll give them credit where it's due by saying that they did offer to, and ultimately did, top it off with some extra steamed milk but by doing so threw off the proportions of the drink. This is not the first time this has happened to me at this location, but it was the first time I finally asked for my money's worth.Avoid this location if possible and go to one of the better locations elsewhere on campus.

It says closes at 2pm on the app and on google, but when I went at 1:30pm it was closed unfortunately seems like the workers wasn’t in the mood to work but that doesn’t mean work ends early!! Step it up.

Took an hour to make 2 drinks
Their tax evasion behaviour contradicts the "green" look and feel on the shop floor.
The employees are super nice. But whenever I go, they always mess up my order. I usually order extra whip cream or an extra shot of expresso, but everytime I go I get like no whipped cream or extra shot. It’s not a big deal, but it’s annoying since you pay extra for it.
