As a Starbucks employee myself, I was quite disappointed by the customer service at this location. This is not what Starbucks is known for. Please be polite while you serve the guests as they pay for their drinks, You are not doing a favor. ? If you make a mistake rectify it, that’s protocol.

Got sprayed by the chocolate pump which got chocolate on my face, sweater, phone and jacket. Didnt even get an apology or offered the drink I hadn't paid for. Just got a napkin to wipe the chocolate off my face. Either put the chocolate pump away from where customers can get sprayed or get a pump that doesn't spray stuff at customers.
