Ordered on the app and our orders were ready and waiting when we arrived. Ordered an iced soy latte. Unfortunately Starbucks staff is inconsistent in shaking the soy milk before pouring. Lots of unmixed ‘stuff’ in the drink.
Right now there is a Cherry Blossom Frappuccino for purchase but the ingredients are Strawberry and chocolate shavings. Big disappointment because I thought food items meant to celebrate the Cherry Blossom season were Cherry Flavored. This Starbucks could have been more creative and resourceful when trying to sell this particular flavor by getting a natural cherry flavored syrup to make this drink interesting and authentic. =(

Starbucks is a nice location with kind staff members. The store has plenty of seating, but can get busy due to its college campus location. The customer service is passable, and the staff is patient and humorous. The parking lot may be small, but there are metered street parking areas available. Overall, Starbucks offers consistently quality menu items and a comfortable environment.
