Every other worker at this Starbucks is so kind except one unfortunately. There’s a barista that’s always weirdly defensive, I believe his name is Andrew. I’ve ordered a latte 2 times when he was on shift, the first time he made the latte and it was super watery so I asked if I could have it remade politely. He said something along the lines of “I did the correct shots of espresso”?? I understand we all make mistakes but come on? I just looked at him and said could I please have it made again lol then he did make it but he seemed pretty irritated like he was gonna snap… the second time was actually yesterday. I asked for a side of ice with a latte after he gave me my drink and he said “next time ask at the register”🤨 in a condescending tone, I’ve never in my life been told that by any barista from Starbucks. If it was a rush, I totally understand, but there was not many people in the coffee shop. I will say the coffee he made this time was amazing though, kudos to him. Not the worst person, but just super weird attitude

Employees stood there and chit chatted instead of sending orders out in a timely manner. It took 15 minutes to get an açaí and they weren’t even busy. They also messed up my order and tried giving me a small instead of a large. Very unimpressed!

I ordered the same drink i always get: cold brew with half and half. I was given a cold brew with sweet cream, which is fine. mistakes happen. i politely said this isn’t what i wanted, to which who i think was manager told me that’s what i ordered. “you said cold foam.” full stop. not ‘i thought you said cold foam’ or ‘oh sorry, i pressed cold foam’. super defensive and made sure i knew i ordered the wrong drink. i didn’t care about paying extra for the stupid cold foam (i hate super sweet things, so i KNOW i didn’t order cold foam. i don’t think i ever have), i just wanted my coffee. but he refused to admit anything wrong on his part and got super defensive over something i didn’t even accuse him of. i just said this isn’t what i ordered. very unprofessional. we were two of only three people in the shop, and we were the only ones ordering drinks, so it’s not like we were holding up a line or anything. he made a huge deal about having to refund us the whatever $1.20, after we told him we didn’t care about the money and even tipped the refund back to him. everyone else was very accommodating to getting me the right order, except for him. he was really rude.

THEY FORGOT TO MIX IT!!!

it was literally water with the foam sitting on top wtf. i tried to mix it as well as i could with the straw but i couldnt get it to blend like they can in the store.

I had ordered a matcha with oat milk and it tasted like there was whole milk. I went up to ask if they remembered which they had used and they offered to make me a new one to make sure! Very kind and my drink came out quickly too
