Excellent Staff. The best thing about this place is that every time I think the last person I asked for coffee is sweet and excellent, I find another person serving with more or equal warmth than the previous one. It's incredible.

Thus EastBank establishment is my go to. The service is polite and quick, the coffee is satisfying and hot. Friendly staff and clean atmosphere đ. Located off the green line lightrail makes it very convenient on the go. Actually opens at 430 am on Sundays.

Starbucks is Starbucks. This drink is the pecan crunch oat milk latte that was very good actually. But could be very sweet with the cold foam if you donât like sweet coffee.

No one showed up to open the store at 5:00 AM and it is now 6:00 AM.

Something happened to the bacon eggbites here they taste weird now. Maybe they're not cleaning the equipment properly?

The Drink Pictures are a trap. You will want the frappes and the tropical drinks but the music and pace of work flow is superb.

the graduate starbucks is in a prime location right by the Green Line station, so you can hop on/off the train and be in line for coffee in about 12 seconds. the baristas here are friendly, personable, and are truly a godsend at 6am when youâre running on 2 hours of sleep and desperately need a good ole venti iced blonde latte.
seating is the only real battle. during exam weeks itâs basically a caffeine-fueled game of musical chairs, and the chairs are losing lol

Really more like 4.5 stars. Big guy with beard was very good (in late June 2025). Had a decent seating area especially compared with some Starbucks. I like Starbucks coffee, but their pastries are just ok.
Excellent experience with fast friendly service. Good place to get some work done also. Plenty of seating and outlets.

While I used to frequently enjoy this starbucks, I saw management (a male who I know is this locations manager) deny a homeless woman water during a heat warning due to her not being able to purchase anything. He congratulated his cashier for telling her no, stating she did âa good job.â While I can understand the business side of things and âcorporate policyâ, there are times you must confront your own moral obligations to a human being over your profits as a corporation. You did not do a good job. Do better.

I visited this Starbucks location to simply buy a cup of coffee. I handed the cashier a $50 bill, and they told me they do not accept $50 bills from anyone. When I questioned this supposed policy, I was denied service. I asked to speak with the manager, hoping for some understanding, but the manager also refused to help me.
I canât help but feel that if I werenât a person of color, they wouldâve found a way to accommodate me. I wasnât asking for anything unreasonableâjust a coffee. Instead, I was made to feel unwelcome, dismissed, and unvalued. As someone whoâs been a loyal Starbucks customer for years, this was not only frustratingâit was deeply disappointing.
Right after leaving, I walked into Caribou Coffee, where I was welcomed with kindness, professionalism, and respectâno issues, no excuses. They treated me like a person, not a problem.
To make matters worse, parking at this Starbucks is already a nightmare, adding even more frustration to the experience. After this visit, I can confidently say: I will not return to this locationâor possibly any Starbucks.
If anyone else has been refused service here or told they couldnât use a $50 bill, please share your experience. Iâm genuinely wondering whether this was a real policyâor if I was just being singled out and discriminated against

If you order a coffee with no ice, then you can only get half of coffee, it looks strange and make me feel terrible. Why canât fill it with water or milk?
Too stupid

Every other worker at this Starbucks is so kind except one unfortunately. Thereâs a barista thatâs always weirdly defensive, I believe his name is Andrew. Iâve ordered a latte 2 times when he was on shift, the first time he made the latte and it was super watery so I asked if I could have it remade politely. He said something along the lines of âI did the correct shots of espressoâ?? I understand we all make mistakes but come on? I just looked at him and said could I please have it made again lol then he did make it but he seemed pretty irritated like he was gonna snap⌠the second time was actually yesterday. I asked for a side of ice with a latte after he gave me my drink and he said ânext time ask at the registerâ𤨠in a condescending tone, Iâve never in my life been told that by any barista from Starbucks. If it was a rush, I totally understand, but there was not many people in the coffee shop. I will say the coffee he made this time was amazing though, kudos to him. Not the worst person, but just super weird attitude
