It's a nice place, with kind staff members. But only one of its two bathrooms is open to its customers and that one seems always occupied. The store sells liquid products but does not care much about the issue of the customers' relieving of liquids.

This Starbucks is a nice location. There is a lot of sitting. Although the store can get very busy, being on a college campus. I have not had any issues with the customer service, but in general, the service is never great. Overall, it's a very passable location with good sitting and serves consistently quality menu items.Parking: There is a small parking lot in front of Starbucks and the other restaurants in the same building. Although it can get packed so it's possible you'll need to park on the metered street parking areas.

I come in very frequently on my way to class and the barista jenna is always so nice. she always take the extra time out of her day to ask me how my day is and what i have planned! this is the best starbucks i have ever been to!

Made my coffee with regilar milk, supposed to be oat milk. I should not drink regilar milk cause it gives me stomachache. The two kids at the backside of coffee machine, are they just hired? I think they need to focus of making coffees, mean focus on their job a bit, need to be serious a bit since they seems as they are just joking around and having fun.nov,6 4:10pm

The app is terrible. There was an available coupon and it did not emphasize that to me. Forcibly cost me 3 more dollars. I hate Starbucks and there's too much seating space.

Grading on a curve, hours are severely limited, used to be a REAL NAAAAAAASTY CROWD but now that there's so much crime in town( (formor nastier crowd of of sociopaths is part of how it got this way), it's always got seating and the crowd is better than most of the University, best place at the University of Minnesota to chill as a non-student, but that's not saying much.

It's not that bad but I placed a mobile order for me and my friend and when we got there lottie's drink was ready but mine wasnt so I waited a couple minutes and it still wasn't ready so then I asked the barista who was calling out names and taking questions. And she was like oh I'll ask them about that. And the other barista said they made one so I was like oh someone probably took it by mistake and then the barista was like I'll tell them to make another one. And I was like thanks. And then 15 minutes goes by and I'm really late for class now because like I made a judgement on time and I didn't wanna call the store later and ask for a refund and like I didn't have proof that I didn't get it so what if I didn't get a refund and yeah. But I go up to the woman I talked to before and was like hey I still haven't gotten that drink and she was like oh I thought you got that already I'll tell them to make it again. And 5 minutes later I got that drink. But I can tell by the flavor that the extra shot of espresso I ordered isn't in the drink, and neither the woman I talked to or barista who gave me my drink apologized for the wait or said thanks for waiting. Ive worked as a barista at a couple different cafes and I've had people take drinks ordered by other people. When that happens we just check their receipt, make sure that an employee made it, apologize and then start making it right away. Because that order was placed before the incoming orders it's first priority. And then we give the customer that drink and either apologize again or say thank you for waiting. If I didn't have a class to get to this experience might not have been as upsetting but I'm pretty sure every customer in there had a class to go, and I saw a lot of other customers asking questions about where their drink was, despite having placed an order 15+ minutes ago. I totally understand that a rush can be chaotic, and that's okay, but the customer service wasn't trying to make up for that in any way.

(Complaint) Is this place a student canteen? Why the hell people bring over Chick-Fil-A food here and have them? Out of your mind? It smells like I'm in KFC. Manager should kick them out and let them have starbucks drink and greasy foods outside.

The Baristas at this Starbucks are the nicest and friendliest I've encountered at any location. I was in town visiting my mother in the hospital, we chatted about it the first day we came in. When we came in the next day after she was released they remembered us and asked how we were doing and said they had been thinking of us after we left the day before. Emma and Jay were the best!
