I am a frequent customer, almost every Friday morning after I drop my son off at school I swing by Target and grab a coffee while I do some shopping... I want to give a shout out to Wei and say he's doing a great job! Wei was working diligently making everybody's coffee this morning and anouncing the drinks with confidence all while correcting and informing his associate of Starbucks standards. Though the morning rush can yield longer wait times, this starbucks is my favorite on my commute to work. Two of the workers remembered my name after only ONE visit, and the whole crew is friendly and quick.
Lucy was so helpful, so kind. I've never seen anyone so happy on a busy day like it was today. And she still was willing to make my complicated drink. If I were to ever open a business, I would defiantly hire her for her customer service !
