Nice option for a quick coffee while running errands. Not an ideal location for someone that is looking to grab and go quickly, typically has a slight wait for drinks and bites at this location, regardless of how busy they may be. Has everything that should be expected at a Starbucks location just at a slightly smaller scale to fit into the front of the Target. Baristas here seem generally uninterested, their drinks are good but far from mind blowing or consistently satisfying for the price.

Starbucks must be struggling for employees.. maybe even revenue. $10.46 for a pumpkin spice cream latte, and a small iced Americano. The Americano was $4.40 and was made, dumped out, then made again. After 10 minutes I was finally handed my drink: it taste weak like watered down coffee, not espresso. When I mentioned this to, who I thought was the supervisor, she said it was made correctly. I took one sip and threw it away. For comparison, my local shop has an Americano with 4 shots, tastes amazing, and is $2.94. Starbucks has untrained, bumbling employees and their ability to make coffee is just as weak.

This store has really high turnover from what I can see, some things I have observed in the last two weeks, someone wiped a cold refresher drink with their apron (unsanitary!!!) And then placed it in pickup, I have had my drink made wrong a few times and they have gracefully remade it, however I just had my spouse bring me home a PSL and they forgot to put the flavoring in it, I am drinking a plain latte. First world problem! however, would it kill y'all to just pay everyone an extra 3-4$, hell even 6-10$$ more to improve turnover, have consistent training and better consistent products? I hope target and Starbucks unionize- why? They deserve better pay and Id like to receive better service and better products from happy & content staff. In the mean time, I won't be back, why wait in a long line for something that is wrong 25-50% of the time. Starbucks may be a dying brand if they keep union busting or addressing why workers want to unionize in the first place. I SAID WHAT I SAID. Unionize!!! Do better. In the mean time, I'll be at local coffee shops or having my pour over at home.

The worst Starbucks experience I’ve ever had. Never again. And what are these prices? How many Starbucks baristas does it take to make a watery americano in 10 minutes? Five, yes five baristas. It takes two baristas to figure out the cash register & one barista works the espresso machine. One barista pours out all the drinks they mess up. One barista sits on the counter and watches. When I ordered, no one else was even around. And they made my drink THREE times and still totally screwed it up.

Hey go see this crew at the Starbucks inside the Target. I went this morning and they made an awesome recommendation with the Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso. Delicous. Some of the best customer service. Way to go! ???

There were two lovely girls who had an excellent vibe they basically radiated customer service! They made my trip more fun, and they gave my drink out super fast I wasn’t even done checking out. Target please hire more people like this!

Lacking the customer service skills one receives when going to an actual Starbuck’s location. I was only person in line or anywhere to be seen waiting to order & out of 3 people working no one could be bothered with as much as an acknowledgement to say- “hi there, we will be with you in a moment”. Out of “specialty drink milks” as well. Striking out left and right - will take my patronage elsewhere.

Not that it matters to Starbucks being the company that it is, but I will not be coming to this specific one. I watched a staff essentially throw her arms up in the air and leave the counter when a deaf woman asked where she could find sugar. Then the staff began to yell at her because she was able to verbally tell the staff that she was deaf, like she was able to hear her. No other staff even bothered to help or figure out the situation.

Worst Starbucks in town. They’re not rude or anything just bad at the job. I had my order messed up like a 5 times in a row. Plus they never follow instructions.avoid if you can

I always go to the Starbucks to get my drinks today I went to get a drink yes I get they close at 8 o'clock I went there at 7:30 and I ordered a blended frozen drink Just for the Cashier to tell That the blenders are not working looks like hey just wanted to get out off there Because they're already cleaned up smh ?

Without a doubt the best Target based Starbucks in the Kingdom of Hennepin. Friendly staff, drinks made quickly and accurately. Large seating area, as big as any stand alone starbucks. What more could you ask for. 10/10 would come again. Would probably make another visit too ??
