Looks like we arrived just in time for new staff training. Took a little longer than normal to get a cup of drip coffee. Coffee was excellent as always. Also got breakfast sandwiches - a egg-meat-cheese wrap and a sausage breakfast sandwich. Both were pretty dry and not worth $6+ each.

I go through maybe a little to often and have always had amazing drinks! However last time I went my cup was so visibly not full. I would also love to add that I was the only one in line at the drive through :/

Drink Not cold
Two days ago I ordered the new drink I asked if it was boba but they told me that I didn't tell them that it was okay for them to sell me the drink the cashier was very friendly but the drink was so disgusting that it only tasted like pure water it didn't taste like anything it was just water and ice which I told the workers and they didn't say anything that bad that one spends your money and doesn't give you a good service I give them a 0 to this store

Staff members in the morning are pretty cool. Never had an issue. But today I walked into the Starbucks at 7 PM, and all I wanted was some grinded up coffee beans. Never ordered it before so I didn't know the procedure. The staff already made me wait a while, but I patiently waited. Finally after waiting 5 mins the staff lady asked me what I wanted. I told her I wanted espresso beans grinded finely. She walks off and made me wait another 5 mins. When she came back, she rudely said, "you didn't grab the bag yet"? Like I'm supposed to know to grab the beans myself. Ive never ordered grounded coffee beans before. I didn't know you were supposed to grab it yourself. I thought they just grind it up for you then give it you. I kindly said "no thank you" and I walked out of that Starbucks thinking man, I love this starbucks but I will never be coming back to this starbucks again. I spend so much money at this establishment, even tipping when the customer service is good. Sad thing is I still don't have my coffee beans! I appreciate the morning workers though! Thank you... ✌️✌️✌️
