This is the best Starbucks in the twin cities. I can say that because I work at the bank across the street, and have been going to this location for almost 5 years. They always get my order right and it is always ready when they say it will be ready (which isn’t always the case at other locations) The people are pleasant, they greet me when I walk in and they always have what I want. The Manager and staff all deserve a raise.

Local Starbucks to us we stop at, always great service! The barista (missed your name sorry dude) at the window was super friendly ended up talking about music and the band they might be giants, totally forgot their music and listened to Istanbul on the rest of my drive lol thanks for the usual good service and adding bands back into my playlist!

Wouldn’t let me get a pup cup for my dog since I wasn’t ordering anything else. I even offered to pay for it and still was told no. My son said him and his friends went here a week ago and asked for cups of water after playing at the park and they wouldn’t let them get water unless they bought something. Horrible workers/management!
I absolutely love coming to this location! Oliver, Nathan, Landon, the entire staff are fantastic. My drink order is always crafted to perfection. This is how a coffee shop is supposed to feel.

I stopped at this location for the first time to buy coffee beans. The customer service I received was exceptional! Both associates behind the counter were so helpful! They asked a few questions about my preferences, made a few suggestions and educated me about the best way to brew coffee in a French press. I wish I asked their names! The guy and the gal helped me around 1 or 2 pm
