Ordered a pistachio latte with extra topping thru mobile order, went to the Starbucks and there was no one in the drive thru, they didnt know i placed a mobile order, had to wait for them to make it. Got an extremely bitter latte with no topping, tastes like dead shots. 😐

I came here around 18:00
I got hot black coffee. Tastes like watery and papers...
employees who was cashier she right way leave to make drinks right after she tells you price. I mean can I get receipts lol
I saw 🌈 flags inside Starbucks . I personal won’t judge. However it’s business why would you brings your personal life into work? Because there’s many people who has different mindset and you want to respect every customer as much as possible and make them feel comfortable to come back to Starbucks right?
I’ll come anyways :)

Please stop making drinks like this! As a prev barista, it takes two seconds to mix espresso into the syrup. How would you feel receiving an $8 coffee made like this?

i dont complain but this is the second time that i go to this location and i order a venti iced matcha with strawberry cold faom and when i got it it seamed really watery and there was no foam its like they just dumped milk on top because it was not even pink i order the same at diffrent locations.so i know what its supose to look like and the first time i let it go because i dont like to complain but even if there busy they should take the time to do the drinks how there supose

The workers are rude and not welcoming and often miss drink orders. I’ve been to other locations, and this is the only Starbucks where nothing feels worth buying. Not the first time btw

I thought my experience here was fine. They always made my drinks on time but not this time. I had 2 drinks and a sandwich. They got 2/3 of the items, it makes sense to make all the drinks together right? My drinks were supposed to be done around 8:21am. I was already late getting to the location at 8:33am but the frappe was not done yet. I waited another 15-20 minutes while the other frappes were being made and yet no one picked it up? They made other drinks that no one picked up yet. Why was my drink the last one to be made when the rest of my order is complete? I still love Starbucks but I don’t think I’ll be going here again.

I have gave this Starbucks so many chances over the years of me living in this area . I have ordered in so many ways ( dine in, drive thru.,uber eats )and they always seems to mess up my order When I first started letting them know and complaining, I got attitude and then now it’s like they just make it wrong on purpose.

Placed a mobile order, my coworkers modified seasonal drink was done and waiting when I got to the store. Then, waited almost 15 mins for a short brewed coffee. With few people in store and no line wrapping around the drive thru this was a frustrating experience, was late for work for what felt like no reason.

I’ve given this location way too many chances. Almost every time my drink is wrong or something is missing. Today I ordered a Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino and it was literally 90% ice and whipped cream no flavor, just a watered down mess. The staff don’t seem to pay attention when making drinks, and this has happened multiple times, not just once. Unfortunately, this is the closest Starbucks to me, but at this point it’ll also be my last visit. I basically wasted $7 today for a cup of ice

The staff is so amazing! I go here almost everyday so let me speak: Everyone there is always so nice and friendly, even IF mistakes are made. Atmosphere is always nothing short of positive. So if you have an issue with this Starbucks, the issue is you as a Person and Customer not the staff and ill fight anyone on that.
