The staff is so amazing! I go here almost everyday so let me speak: Everyone there is always so nice and friendly, even IF mistakes are made. Atmosphere is always nothing short of positive. So if you have an issue with this Starbucks, the issue is you as a Person and Customer not the staff and ill fight anyone on that.

Slow to take your order, slow to make your mobile order, rude when just trying to tell them you have a mobile order and they don't shut off there headset and continue to talk to other customers. Definitely avoid at all costs

This is my personal opinion that ask the coffees are two sweet and thick. Someone could recommend a drink that would be nice because I just haven't figured it out. I have tried the is pump but still I don't care for it.

Like the location and the environment, but the service took quite a while as I stood at the counter waiting to order, there were 5 people behind the working on mobile and drive thru orders. Disappointing as I'm standing right there, I almost ordered through the app as I felt I would have been served quicker.

Usually love this location but came today to go through the drive through - sign on the front said “lobby closed” but the drive through signs made it look open. Pulled up behind a car in line and they eventually moved forward. Sat waiting for over 5 minutes just to pull to the window for a “closed” sign. Would have been helpful to put a closed sign on the drive through screen or turn off the screens so people don’t sit there for a long time. A big line of people after us who have to figure out it’s closed after sitting there for a while.

The staff was mostly nice. (Hence, the 2 stars.) The place was dirty to the point where food products were sitting on the counter in spilled drinks. The order process took about 20 minutes. They also had a radical political display on the wall. It's a free country, so have at it, but understand it is a turnoff to many people.

I used to go to this Starbucks everyday until I switched to the one in Brooklyn center. This location i would not recommend. Every single employee is rude. This morning I go to the drive through and tell them I have a mobile order and say my name. The guy working asks if it was recently placed which of course it was. I get to the window and he doesn't even say anything. I sat and waited for my order to be done and he just handed it to me and turned his back.
I work in customer service and all employees need to learn how to be friendly.

Alex is Amazing ? went through the drive thru this morning not knowing what I wanted just something sweet. They asked if I would like a surprise…well of course ! And Alex did not disappoint, the level of customer service is unmatched. Thank you for brightening my morning by going the extra mile !!!

I've been here several times while waiting for my car to get worked on from the tire place across the street. Every time I've visited I've gotten a snotty attitude. I felt like every response to my order was met with an eyeroll. And don't dare go back to ask for the bathroom code or ask for extra milk, you will be glared at like you've broken a major taboo. Very unwelcoming.

I can write off a couple bad experiences. Everyone has busy and bad days, but 3 strikes and you're out. If you don't like your job, taking it out on the customers only makes it worse.

If you're getting your car worked on and need a place to hang out for awhile, there is a Starbucks in the Target. That one has never given me the stink eye.

Food is normal Starbucks no worse than anywhere else.

The vibe sucks tho. Locked bathrooms with them not really telling your one is Employees only. This seems to be the case so they don't have to clean the customer one as it's kinda gross. Seats are all wood, tables all dirty.

Just YUCK. I hope the area behind the counter is clean. And if it is maybe order pickup if that's your thing. But otherwise skip this place if you're a dine in person.
