I got my usual macchiato. It was NOT good. It tasted like they used super weak, watered down regular coffee instead of espresso like they are supposed to. It was only sweet. No coffee flavor AT ALL. Worst coffee ever and a huge waste of money. I will never go there again.

Stealing from customers.

Read the reviews if you think I’m kidding. Zero consistency and they are ripping customers off. Ordered five shots of espresso, got sugar milk, no espresso. This is the third time. I will never order from this particular Starbucks again.

I can see why Starbucks is failing.

I went through the drive thru and ordered a venti extra hot latte, non fat with whip. My drink was not filled to the top (about 3/4) filled and no nonfat milk was used. The service is not consistent, and when you suggest that the drink was made incorrectly, they usually argue with you and say you are wrong.

I've come to this location a lot over the years and always had a good experience, so I thought I'd put in a good review. Whether I'm going to study with a friend or just need a pick me up, my drinks and food are always great. Every barista there is so nice and I hope yall are doing okay during all the big holiday rushes right now. Thank you for everything you do! 💗

If you pay with cash, count your return change! I usually pay with a card, but the last two times I went I paid with cash, and both times the cashier shorted me a dollar. The first time I figured the gal just doesn't know how to count, but when it happened a second time in a week, I felt as though it was intentional. I informed the cashier both times and the same manager had to give me my shorted money. I hope she's catching on to it.
Maybe the cashiers don't know how to count, or maybe they are short changing customers to pocket the money as a tip.
I know it's only a couple bucks, but it's not their's to take. If you get a tip, great, but if you don't get a tip, get over it.

Workers do not attend well to delivery drivers

I really appreciate the workers at this location. I come every Saturday and order a pink drink with cold foam. It is always made very well. Although I have had my order taken a few times at the front register and I always smell an unpleasant odor by a specific barista. Unfortunately this has made me only go in the drive thru.
