barista interrupted me while ordering to give me a nasty stare and ask what size instead of politely asking or waiting until i finished ordering, she’s a new employee since i’ve never seen her before and i frequently come here because my school is close.
and even after her rudeness she got my order wrong and forgot to give me light ice and i told her no lemonade and she confirmed with me and than still gave me lemonade.
for a new employee i would expect better service than this speaking all the other workers are very kind to me.

I am not an avid coffee drinker, this was my first time in a Starbucks. I did not know where to go, so I went were the employees were talking. After about two minutes of them continuing to conversate and not address me, I asked where I go to order. An employee directed me over to the opposite side. Her and the other employee started talking about the fact that I didn't know where to go and I ignored it. Once the drink was completed she all but whispered my name. Once I figured out my drink was sitting there I went to grab it and I caught a glimpse of the employee snickering at the situation. I was leaving and she sarcastically said have a great day, I responded by saying OMG you too. All in all, customer service was awful.

PS my coworker said the drink was watered down. I'm not surprised

the perfect starbucks if you get the right workers. there is one girl who is the cashier sometimes and she is super lazy, rude and very short when talking. but the place is great ! almost all of the workers make the drinks well. parking SUCKS though.

THERE IS LITERALLY NOWHERE TO PARK IF YOU WANT TO STAY LONGER THAN AN HOUR. If you want to hang out, do NOT go to this one.

Great drinks but the service from Jessica (who took my order) was absolutely embarrassingly horrible. No greeting, no smile, just stood behind the register and frowned at me as I greeted her (paused, and after no greeting or smile was returned), placed my order for two drinks. One of the drinks was a little complicated and longer and she (with significant attitude and a snorted “ha”) asked “thats all…just for the latte?”. She then told me the price and I waited for the screen to change (usually the price is reflected on the check-out screen) and after a moment of me waiting, she very obviously rolled her eyes and deadpan stared at me and repeated the price. I was extremely taken aback by this customer service or lack thereof, I have never experienced such overt rudeness and frank contempt from an employee at this Starbucks before and felt compelled to let the business know the jarring experience I had with Jessica.

However, the rest of the staff was lovely as ever, and the drinks were perfection. Unfortunately the experience was tainted by Jessica, who seemed intent on being as unpleasant as possible and cast a pall on a beautiful Saturday morning.
