This location has become my favorite location in uptown. The staff are great, they know my name, the drink is made with love, (I can tell by the taste) and every time I go I have a great experience.

I don’t know why there’s so many negative reviews for this location! I’ve never had anything but fantastic service. Everyone working here is friendly, kind, and makes delicious drinks. They’re fast and get you what you ordered right away. Sometimes I’ve had to wait if there’s a big line or a lot of online orders coming in, but…they’re humans! They aren’t coffee making robots! Overall this location is peaceful, fast, and I prefer to go here every time. Much better than the other Starbucks on Hennepin, that one is always busy with a cramped parking lot and it takes forever to get your order. 10/10 love this spot!

After attending a book signing at The Lynhall, I was thirsty and needed a drink. I was in a part of Minneapolis that I had never frequented. I did a quick search on Google Maps on my phone and found this Starbucks cafe. It was my first and only visit to Starbucks during this trip. According to the app, it had a drive-thru. It was roughly a four-minute drive from The Lynhall. When I got to this location, I realized that the app was wrong. This cafe is located in Kowalski's. I had always wanted to hit this store, so I was delighted to visit both during this visit. The parking lot is one-directional. I found a parking spot and backed into it. I then walked over. Starbucks in on the right side of the store when you walk in. I had the nicest barista. I was the only customer there, so I was happy getting prompt service. I asked if the iced peach green tea was still available. It was. Yay! I got a grande. I paid with my Starbucks app. The Canadian app works fine stateside. I waited a bit for my drink. I looked at the snacks, tumblers, and other merchandise. I resisted getting anything there. My drink was ready. I thanked the nice woman and continued to shop at Kowalski's as I drank. I love that you can sip and shop. My iced peach green tea was perfect. It was yummy, cold, and delicious. I look forward coming back to get a drink while getting gourmet eats here again. I had a wonderful experience. It was a great find. (437)

Horrible 3 peoples orders went out before mine and they didn’t even taste like coffee I order extra shots all the time and these tasted nothing like what I usually get

This is the best Starbucks around, hands down. The employees are always very nice and friendly, they have a great selection of Starbucks gear and if you ask nicely, they will make you the greatest coffee creations they know. Make sure to ask them to make you their favorite drink. This one is mine :-)

This was the worst Starbucks I’ve ever encountered and stepped foot in. The manager was outright rude and disregarded me but took in the next customer that was white. I felt absolutely neglected and I was also planning on tipping at that!

Starbucks, what happened to you?I stopped into this neighborhood coffee shop for the first time. I won’t go back. The coffee was typical Starbucks fare and the staff was pleasant but the store was Very dirty.Door glass, entrance area, floor area. Has it ever been cleaned?Obviously no one is managing this place with any attention to detail or care.

Slow service despite no one in line and four young boys working. One worker removing his mask every 30 seconds to engage in conversation, scratching his nose, then proceeding to tough cups and receipts. I won’t come here again.
