Starbucks on 5th and Marquette: has friendly and helpful staff, and it's a great place to drop in for a quick cup of coffee while waiting for the bus or train.

Only con is the amount of homeless persons chilling and being loud and rude inside the store. That's a bit offputting but I guess that comes with the territory. Just unlikely to see in an establishment like this.
