Only con is the amount of homeless persons chilling and being loud and rude inside the store. That's a bit offputting but I guess that comes with the territory. Just unlikely to see in an establishment like this.
Easy going staff, always super busy in the morning. If you're using MetroTransit for your commute, I wouldn't recommend making an order if you don't have a 15 minute layover.
This Starbucks has all of the usual Starbucks standards which are of very good quality despite the dear price points. It is perfectly situated by numerous bus lines and the Nicollet Mall tram station. This makes it a very good transition point en-route to other areas in the Twin Cities when using public transport. The store itself is very large for the Twin Cities, which can be hard on the limited, but pleasant staff.
