Near the office where I was presenting, this little coffee shop was a good place for a coffee break, so a group of us went there. The shop was able to handle a small crowd smoothly and we took our coffees back to the office.

Young girls filling orders were more interested in talking than filling orders. 5 girls fillings orders and 13 customers waiting for orders to be filled. Not a single order was handed out to customers for over 5 minutes. It doesn’t help when when they walk to the back to get one package at a time for refills rather than grabbing several and bringing to the front. Pathetic. Order taker was efficient just not anyone else.

I got some hot water from them. (As a Minnesotan, I get my coffee at Caribou Coffee.)

If you like having stomach problems this is a good place to start. The manager shawn was exceptionally rude and left the restroom door open when the restroom was not clean. Climate control was horrible I was so cold. The same selection of coffee and close to target centre and other shops on skywalk. Lots of seating in the morning.

I love this location. Each barista is so pleasant and always greets me with a smile! I am probably what I would consider a regular and they always greet me by name, which brightens my day! Would definitely recommend this Starbucks.
