Today (12/21/25) and last week (12/14/25), ive stopped at this location around 6-6:15am using the drive thru. On 12/14/25, nobody acknowledged me, even though there were 3 employees inside that saw me and they were technically open.
Then today, I noticed 3 employees again, and stopped at the drive thru. I waited for about 3 mins, until somebody said they dont open until 6:30am. I asked them why, and they couldnt give me an answer.
Very poor customer service.

I am sick and tired of them messing up my drink orders, and taking up to 20-30 minutes to make A BEVERAGE?!?!?
Once again coming back to reinforce my 1 star review. I understand you want to whine and act like $15 an hour plus tips isn’t a fair wage for the service you’re providing, but DO NOT block me from leaving the drive thru, and make me listen to it directly. You can’t even protest in a legal manner! Yet you expect to be treated like a professional.
The girl with the hijabi at the register seemed to have no enthusiasm while taking my order and ended up making my order wrong by making 1 out of 3 Frappuccinos to be hot instead of blended… I’m just saying she wouldn’t have gotten it wrong if she would’ve had more charisma but the drinks were good.

I accidentally sent two mobile orders to the wrong Starbucks—13 miles down the same street! But this Apple Valley location kindly fulfilled them without hassle or charge. Incredible service—thank you!

At a stand still, no one ever came to counter to take my order. I supposed the two that worked there probably should have more help as they barely kept up with drive-through.

Impolite young woman making drinks. Short with long dark hair. She has been here a while. I always.tip in advance or cash if I order in stire (bad idea). Never hear thank you. 15 minutes for iced coffee with 2 customers in store and 4 employees.No one wanted to help the trainee find the iced coffee button. Always bad service. I'll use

Order 2 hot white mochas and it tasted very bad, they forgot my whip cream, I drove back 7 minutes before they close and the lady was very rude at the window keeps telling me we are closed with hand gestures, then she finaly came back to the window and said we are closed again even tho they close 8 minutes from time of arrival, I explain to her how they messed up my order no apology given and said I can give you whip cream in a cup. Just terrible overall I wish I could take my tip money back from them.

5 stars for consistency. You always get a good coffee or espresso. Never terrible or blows your mind. Starbucks are always clean (especially the bathroom). Efficient operation with minimal wait.

I asked for a venti iced matcha latte, and they gave me foam and like 1/3 of the actual drink. Wasting $7 for foam. 🙂😐

Prices have always been steep but are becoming outrageous like many other things. Their energy frozen strawberry citrus only comes in a (Venti) large, and it's my favorite besides coffee, but it's almost $8 & can't be more than a couple $ to make The picture below was what I tried as replacement but still over $6. My favorite drink is like a 8/10 the one below is 5/10. It is a strawberry refresher, but I just had them blend it and then ofcourse my dogs pup cup.
Parking: This Starbucks is more for a drive-thru location. There is not a lot of space due to a couple other stores in this mini strip mall. There are only a few parking spaces and it is very cluttered. Becareful as a driver and pedestrian, even a little tense getting through drive thru

I like to stop at this Starbucks on my way into work on the early weekend mornings around 0600. I would say over 50% of the time, they are closed/opening late/or the staff are there but not taking orders even though the app says they are open at 0530. So I usually end up going to Caribou across the street.

I want to report the terrible experience I had today, November 23, 2024, around 5 PM. The two ladies working at that time were incredibly rude to my friend, my sister, and me. They made our drinks wrong by adding too much caramel, and when we politely asked them to remake the drinks, they started yelling at us. They were very dismissive and didn't listen to our concerns at all.
