Typical story of on the way to the bus but had a half hour to wait. It was 0 degrees so I wanted to grab a hot chocolate then head. to the stop. For whatever reason, at 4:45 pm, the guy inside locked the doors. This isn't a mom and pop shop with one employee, this is a multi billion dollar company that charges nearly 5 bucks for a java. I just don't understand how this company can be so terrible every time I give them a chance, no matter what the location. Sad fall from grace where they cared about customers.

I came here to spend a birthday gift card, and this location used to be fine. But they removed all their nice comfy chairs, and how have only wooden benches, and the most uncomfortable wooden chair to exist. Also, there were ants crawling on some of the pastries in the display case. I mentioned this to the cashier, because I wrongly assumed that maybe someone would want to remedy that, and instead was told that there were actually fruit flies in the case, not ants. I know what ants look like. I said "Well, there are also ants," and was again told that no, there were no ants, only fruit flies. I don't really see the point about attempting to gaslighting customers about which insect should definitely not be in the food display case.

In between meetings, I stepped outside and found this coffee shop nearby. So I went for a little coffee break found good service and good coffee. But it was a small place so I did not linger.

I live in saint Paul and I travel to this specific Starbucks probably like 4 times a week. This is the best starbucks for me . I absolutely love the customer Service I receive here. The workers are so sweet, caring, personable and just all around heart warming. Everytime I walk our of there I feel a millions times better. Thank you for being so kind everytime I come in. It truly makes my day.

This place is aesthetically pleasing. I’m surprised that it’s not packed every time I come into it. I believe it should because it has everything the community it serves, needs. Place to meet, talk and eat. A place to stretch your legs while taking a call. The staff were super friendly and even giving drink suggestions. Going into a Starbucks can be intimidating but this staff made the process so seamless. I can’t wait to hold a meeting here or spend a significant amount of time here to see what it’s like on a daily basis. Let me know your thoughts when you visit.
