Coffee is okay here, but like most Starbucks it's a little overpriced. However, I had a girl break up with me on a date here, and the worker behind the counter laughed.... Not funny lady, this isn't a fun day for me!! Plus I think the ham croissant gave me gas, even though it tasted good, so that kind of evens out.
I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience at this Starbucks. I arrived on my ADA-approved mobility scooter in freezing weather, and my scooter battery was close to dying. I simply asked if I could come inside to warm up and charge it for a moment. Instead of offering basic compassion or ADA-friendly service, I was told I had to make a purchase just to charge my mobility device.
As a Black customer, I couldn’t shake the feeling that I was being singled out and treated unfairly. The tone and attitude I received made me feel unwelcome, judged, and discriminated against. No one struggling with mobility issues should be turned away in the cold, and certainly not made to feel like they don’t belong.
This experience was hurtful, unprofessional, and completely avoidable. I hope Starbucks reviews how customers with disabilities — and customers of color — are treated at this location

This Starbucks location is a disappointment compared to the many excellent local cafes nearby — all of which charge about the same but offer much better drinks and atmosphere. The coffee here tastes flat and inconsistent, and even the specialty drinks often come out overly sweet or poorly made. The ambiance doesn’t help either — it’s loud, cluttered, and chaotic, making it hard to relax or get any work done. With so many great independent coffee shops in the area that care about quality and experience, there’s really no reason to come here.

I love this Starbucks so much! The mobile orders are completed so fast here and the food and drinks are always fresh and delicious. It is always clean and is in a great location walking distance from many downtown landmarks. The staff is always super nice and goes out of their way to be extra friendly. I would definitely recommend!!
