Ice Carmel latte came out burnt tasting, which I never had before. I'm lucky that the barista saw my face when I took a swig and asked to make another one when I said something was off. The old one next to the new looked different. Everything was resolved in minutes.

Why do you still charge for non dairy items!?! I don't understand why you charge more for people who avoid animal suffering, makes no sense. Even Panera quit charging. You are an influential company, why don't you use that influence to help reduce unnecessary animal suffering?!? Seriously Starbucks! Be better!

Usual Starbucks shop, small but very efficient. Personnel was really kind, available for orders on line. Just out of Target Center, comfortavle location, but not too many tables.

Pleasant employees. Very friendly considering there was a gigantic protest, and theirs was the convenient bathroom (in pretty great shape considering) for the masses.

Stopped there for a coffee this morning and was waited on by Drae, she was so rude to me that another customer came up to me and comment how rude she was.While waiting for my coffee I witnessed her rudeness to another customer. This lady should be fired. Drae is giving your starbucks a bad reputation !!!!!
