Ice Carmel latte came out burnt tasting, which I never had before. I'm lucky that the barista saw my face when I took a swig and asked to make another one when I said something was off. The old one next to the new looked different. Everything was resolved in minutes.
This had to be the busiest Starbucks I have ever seen. The line was huge but everyone had a good attitude and they were all friendly. It does take a 6 digit code to use the bathroom though. That was odd. But it was a nice and clean place and the line moved fast. I always eat the lemon pound cake and I think this one has the freshest one I have ever had.
I was just here for one morning. It was obvious many of the patrons were known, as the way they were quickly greeted. The service was great. I had an egg sandwich, with ham and cheese. It was hot, fresh and very good. They were out of blonde roast and cheerfully offered to make a fresh brew. My wait time was minimal. A very good visit.
