This coffee shop is right in the middle of downtown, and a good thing since my hotel and business were close by and it was very cold outside. So this worked for both morning and afternoon coffee.
The staff were nice, but they put too much ice in my wife’s drink, it was empty before we got to the car, I opted to return, and I paid a second time to get another drink, this time I asked for less ice. They were all delicious.
Inside the Marquette hotel, it is very busy, so there is a looooooooong wait even though you used the app to order ahead. I used the app to order 2 sandwiches and 2 coffees. The food was ready rather rapidly, and then we waited 13 minutes as we watched people that had ordered specialty coffees leave before us. When we questioned the batista she had a major attitude and responded "you have to be patient". 13 minutes for 2 cups of regular coffee that was already brewed....
