Rude barista. I ordered a hot cold brew (my normal order). Cold brew has less acid and I like the flavor. She said I can have hot coffee or cold brew, that's it. I said they usually just run it through the steamer. She said she wouldn't do that and if I didn't like that I could leave. So I left.

I just had to write this review it saddens, my heart that this location is closed. I was there when it was announced last Friday. I have been working from home for the last 5 years. Every now and then, when I would have to come downtown and work, I will stop at that Starbucks. It saddens my heart that they have taken away a location out that was more than likely convenient to a lot of downtown people that are back to work. And the people were very nice, and I just don't understand why it's closed, because I always noticed it was busy. There was always a line, as far as I can see, I just don't understand that. You know, you took away a very good location of workers and hopefully all those workers will be able to relocate somewhere. I wish everyone good luck in their journey and I hope that corporate will find you somewhere to work.

My beverage was more then what I ormally pay but the wait staff prepared it to my liking. The place is very dark for some reason. Different from what i have been accustomed to. I won't be going back to this location again It kind of creeped me out.

Our barista Sadrina was super chill in helping us. Low pressure as we figured out what we wanted as someone who doesn’t go to Starbucks often. Also didn’t take offense to not knowing the Starbucks speak for small medium and large sizes. Thanks Sadrina!

I think these bad reviews are old, service was fast and kind, my sandwich was not burnt, and was delicious. And got my food and drinks in a timely manner. Only downside is they close at like noon and at least when I went they were not accepting cash

Near the office where I was presenting, this little coffee shop was a good place for a coffee break, so a group of us went there. The shop was able to handle a small crowd smoothly and we took our coffees back to the office.

Young girls filling orders were more interested in talking than filling orders. 5 girls fillings orders and 13 customers waiting for orders to be filled. Not a single order was handed out to customers for over 5 minutes. It doesn’t help when when they walk to the back to get one package at a time for refills rather than grabbing several and bringing to the front. Pathetic. Order taker was efficient just not anyone else.
