The Force is Strong with This One.

In a time of culinary rebellion, deep in the galaxy of Northeast Minneapolis, a hidden cantina has risen — Stargazer. Brought to life by the rebel minds of Travail and Jedi mixologist Robb Jones, this cocktail outpost channels the perfect blend of sci-fi style and stellar drinks.

No stormtroopers here — just barstools, glowing blue light, a starlit ceiling, and a menu Darth Vader himself would approve....
The neighborhood calls this the Mall of America Bar. I’ll update my review when I can actually get a drink there. I recently went in at 11pm on a Saturday night after having dinner down the street. The bartenders watched us sit down at the bar before they told us they were closed. I couldn’t tell if they were mean, so cool that they were blinded by my nerdiness, or high.
I really enjoyed my recent visit to Stargazer. I don't know how they're making money on the food. My wife and I had a delicious self-guided multi-course meal with their apps/small plates. The cocktails were delicious. Almost as good as mine :), but their Variety far exceeded what's available at my house. Cocktail pricing seemed about right to me considering the high quality ingredients.
