The food was good and I laughed myself to tears. Nuff said.
I froze my nutsack off.
I’ve been to countless performances at this venue and I love it but it’s always FREEZING. Sadly I can’t get some friends to go back because it’s so unbearably cold. Please stop turning off the heat halfway through the show, we should not have to wear winter coats to be moderately comfortable indoors.
Have been to a few shows. Tight squeeze for seats. Comics have been good and they have their process down pat.
Sweet place, but the organization of the sits is a little off due to thick columns that block the view. Bar has good drinks as reasonable price.
Dined and saw the comedy show last night with a party of 10.
We’ve been to this venue multiple times.
The food was very good. Our server and the entire staff were excellent. The Comedy Show was outstanding!
So why only 3 stars?
At the end of our meal, before the show, we were informed that the establishment no longer accepts Capital One credit cards… say WHAT?!?!
I have been a very satisfied Capital One customer for over 10 years. I’ve NEVER had my card refused. No explanation. Perhaps the owner(s) can explain?
I saw Adam Ray about a month ago and just saw Kyle Kinane last night. The openers were great for both, and Adam and Kyle both killed it. Acme is such a phenomenal venue. I can't wait to go back.
Good comedy spot with events daily, go watch headliners or just go there for open mic night!!
Great MPLS venue for comedy. They constantly host high-quality comedians on national tours.
Great venue. Jimmy Pardo and Jackie Kashian are among the best comics working today.

Great laughs and staff
Good vibe; good comedy
Nothing against the comedians on this review. $300 in tickets turned into $1300 off the website. No effort to fix the problem, but they did blame gotickets that is used on the website. We were told to claim fraud to the bank. In my person opinion, it seems like a way to keep the lights on.
The actual show was great, even with it being a crash and burn. I would give the show a 5/5, just from the perspective of what it was knowing that on a Saturday night it’s a hit. The poor issue is the dinner. You pay for the dinner and show, but then sit down and they explain that you have a “gift certificate” towards the dinner. The waiter explains that the gift certificate covers the dinner, ie “$40 per person” and then you pay the difference plus tax gratuity and drinks. What ends up happening is it is what you order plus what you’ve already paid. That is fine in general, but don’t explain to your guest that the money you already paid goes towards your dinner as a “gift certificate.” Bottom line, just do the show or buy just the show tickets and do the dinner separate.
Nice intimate venue with great service 5 stars
