Cozy comedy club in the North Loop area. Paid surface parking lot across the street. Features headliner comedians as well as open mic night amateurs. Chocolate martini was delicious! Table service is convenient but can be a little distracting in the middle of a performance (ordering from your phone using a QR code or an app might be better).

Some acts were great and some acts weren’t. Some food was great and some food wasn’t. But it was a fun experience nonetheless.

Be ready to laugh! The comedians I saw here had my crying, Acme hosts some serious talent. Huge discount if you have your student ID. They offer a generous birthday month special. The building itself is old brick, so charming and picturesque. The seats are comfortable and there are servers who come around during the show to take orders. There is a bar connected to the theater to hang out before or after the show. Street parking, as to be expected in Minneapolis.

Had a blast, food was good, staff was great, and comedian was fabulous! Prices for drinks were a bit high!

ACME Comedy Company is the best comedy club ever. Like I'm SERIOUS. I watched 56 consecutive weeks of live standup comedy, front row, at ACME (I know, that's wild) and loved every second of it. They know how to book the best comedians but also the atmosphere, the staff, the avid comedy goers make the experience a whole nother experience. Great spot for date nights, friend nights, family hangs, all of it.P.S. check out their free open mics on Tuesdays. The open mics at Acme are high quality and a fun time.Highly Recommend!

The comedy is always worth it here. You are bound to like at least one or two of the comedians that perform. The food is very subpar for the price. I would highly recommend eating elsewhere and then going to the show. The only benefit you earn from eating at their restaurant is that you will probably get front row seats. Also, parking is a pain. You will have to remember your license plate number and then bring your ticket back to your vehicle.

Great place for local comedy. Drinks were a bit pricey and wait staff were a little slow, but I enjoyed the venue and the atmosphere.

The only reason I'm not giving a Five star is because of access to parking. As with anything, it is awful to try and find parking around here. The wait staff, bar staff, ticket window attendant, and anyone else we dealt with were wonderful. The drinks were about what you would expect. I think two rum and Cokes were $16 for rail liquor. The MC was great, and the main Comedian was wonderful! The opener was garbage but that's not acme's fault. The Itaska parking lot across the street fills up quick, so get there early. And seats are first come first serve, we got there a little later which ended up being fine as we were sat a little further back. But not wanting to be involved in the bits it worked out for us. Unfortunately someone had a medical emergency while we were there, Acme staff handled it VERY well. So hats off to them for that. The show didn't stop, and the person still got attention immediately. Didn't have any of the food so I can't talk on that point. But overall if you are early for parking or getting a ride, absolutely a great place.

Sadly we most likely wont be returning to this comedy club, whoever they have as the host im so sorry to say is not good at his job, one of the comedians made a joke about a daughter riding a horse and bouncing up and down so hard she came in front of her father… not sure where the joke was but ok.
