The atmosphere is cool and the staff is friendly. The cocktails were good and interesting. They have a downstairs I think for just events but you can get a tour of the

Service was kind and approachable. Tasting was freely offered. The espresso martini....?!! The gentleman behind the bar even took us on a tour of the events area with a little of what to expect at some of the upcoming events. Will definitely be returning!!

Bartender last night was awful! Older lady with brown hair. My friend had never been to a distillery, didn’t understand the concept right away that they make their own liquor and pre batched drink mixes.. The bartender asked us what we wanted and my friend didn’t want a sweet drink, just wanted something neat on the rocks. Which we found out they don’t have. Which was fine. The woman literally asked my friend if she was drinking prior. My friend said yes, cause we just walked over from the Monte Carlo where we had an AMAZING dinner, GREAT SERVICE and some wine. She told my friend she couldn’t server her because she had been drinking already. Ok? Was she trying to be MN NICE to us - I’m so confused. We weren’t even buzzed…I work as a server in fine dinning, where we serve 600 people a night who order cocktails, my job is to explain our cocktails to the customer so they enjoy the experience. I’ve done liquor training and my friend wasn’t intoxicated, she just didn’t want a sweet drink. If the bartender had any proper customer service skills she would have recommended less sweeter drinks to her, some people don’t like simple syrup in everything, but to turn around and insult us when this was my friends first time at a distillery is pretty messed up!I have lived around the corner from there for over 10 years and like to support my neighborhood businesses as much as possible but this place sucked and needs to retrain their employees on Basic Bartending Rules!

Great atmosphere, drinks on par with other great local distilleries. I think this would be a better place to hang out with a group of friends because there are lots of cozy couches. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Went here for a HH event and checked out downstairs! Tried MNPLS 75; and it was one of the best drinks I've had. Cute bar for date night or group of friends

The vibe here is relaxed. We visited on a weekday. It was full, but didn't seem crowded. There was drag bingo happening in the back, but it couldn't be heard from the front. The fish tacos had flakey fish and crispy, but not dry shells. The fish and chips had a crunchy cornmeal type breading. It wasn't personally my favorite combination of textures, but the fish inside was flavorful and juicy. This is a great spot to meet friends or have a date night.

I've always been a fan of Stilheart! It's a great place to catch up with friends and enjoy some quality drinks. Most of my visits have been during their Miracle Holiday Popup, which makes for a really fun experience. They decorate the entire space and serve up festive cocktails that'll get you in the mood for the holiday season! My personal favorites are the Christmapolitan, espresso martini, and snowball old-fashioned. There's a surprising amount of space, so it's a good spot for groups. It's a busy place (but less so than Lawless, which also has a Miracle Popup). Even on busy nights, the service is fast and friendly. It's important to note that they don't take reservations during popups. Parking can be a bit of a challenge, especially on the weekends. Expect to park on the street and walk a bit.

Fun and cozy atmosphere with great drinks!! There’s more seating downstairs! We came around 6 and there was plenty of space but it filled it pretty soon after. Workers were all friendly too?

The Christmas pop up at stillheart has been on my list for awhile and I finally made it this year! Super fun and festive vibes and great cocktails in cute glasses. It's not huge but I love the loungey feel of the space inside with lots of comfy couches and chairs - perfect for a girls night or a date night.

MIRACLE AT STILHEARTWe stopped by Stilheart on a Friday night in December to check out their Christmas pop-up!We arrived around 5:45 and it wasn't too crazy, however the main area in the basement was already full - I would recommend getting there right when it opens if you want to be in the most-decorated spot. Walking in we were greeted by a girl at a kiosk that checked our IDs and handed us a menu. She let us know that we could sit upstairs or downstairs - this was definitely an improvement from my confusion at their Alice pop-up!I'll say off the bat, looking around I was a little underwhelmed by the decorations. The Miracle pop-ups are known for being decked-out in Christmas decor - a toned-down Mary's Christmas Palace vibe. This place didn't really live up to it - if you're looking for the crazy decor I would recommend trying Miracle at Lawless (from photos it seems more decorated than here). The most decorated part was the room downstairs, and even that was more just like a dark room with Christmas lights. We headed downstairs to try and find a spot, and found one last table for two right by the entrance to the stairs. We paroozed the menu a while, trying to decide what looked best to get - I wish they said which novelty glasses each drink came in since I was curious what people around me were drinking. I decided on the Muletide and my boyfriend got the Hot Buttered Rum. It was easy to order at the downstairs bar - there's a staff memeber at a kiosk on one side and the drinks come out the other size - very Starbucks-esque and efficient. It wasn't too crowded yet, so our drinks were ready within 5 minutes!I loved my Muletide - it's like a spicier, more festive moscow mule! It was light, cool and crisp and I loved the fun Santa pants mug. I drank this one down pretty fast, and for $9 the price was right! I tried my boyfriends hot buttered rum and I thought it was just ok - it was sweet and spiced but the alcohol taste was a little too overpowering for me. Overall, for a fun Christmas drink I would come back - but if you're looking for crazy decor pictures it might be a hard time getting the perfect shot.

Fun pop-up Christmas atmosphere but disappointed that the cocktails were all on tap. An espresso martini does not taste very good from tap, seems like a drink that needs to be made when ordered! Especially for the price points they’re charging.

REVIEWING THE ALICE IN WONDERLAND EXPERIENCEI want to express how cool of an experience this was before jumping into the negatives and I'm pretty much going to be echoing someone's previous review because I feel the exact same way. So, the space was SUPER cool. Like, a lot of time and effort went into this! The music was a whole vibe on top of it. All-in-all I'm really glad I bought tickets to it and would probably recommend others to still check it out before it closes October 20th. Some of the negatives though:1. The drinks were not strong at all. I tasted maybe a hint of alcohol in the shot, but it could have been a mirage lol. The tea that you make yourself, literally had a thimble of alcohol in it. Essentially you got Lipton tea with some edible glitter swirling around. The last drink was noticeably the strongest BUT I had no idea what it was or what was in it. 2. The performers we're alright and definitely made me laugh, but it was clear that one of them was much better and way more into the whole thing. If all three acted like they did, I think it would have been much better 3. The cookie was kinda gross, but either way it was a nice touch.

We went for the Alice in Wonderland Immersive Cocktail Experience. It was really fun and well put-together. The actors were great and very interactive- you solve riddles to make your drinks. The space was decorated so well and they do give plenty of time for pictures. I just wish the drinks were either a little larger or maybe include one more. Either way, still worth it!
