The best steaks I’ve ever had! My new favorite steakhouse in Minneapolis, hands down. Service was impeccable and the team was incredibly knowledgeable. Can’t wait to come back!

A beautiful setting for an elegant dinner. But spending $400+ on dinner for 2 means delicious food & Impeccable service. Neither were served well. Very slow night in the restaurant, 5 bartenders, but it took us 15 minutes to get our initial cocktails and another 15 for our second drink. Our waiter was sweet, but obviously didn’t know about steak service. I discussed with him medium vs medium well and went with medium. Told me it would be pink center. But his explanation was very elementary. It came well done. I also ordered it as Crab Oscar which was ok but quite over-sauced. Also not sure what the steak was spiced with, but it was not great. A good of steak doesn’t need much. Cesar salad before dinner was excellent as were the mashed potatoes and asparagus, but I would have liked to been informed of the size & sharability of the portions. Very generous and could have shared as everything is ala cart. We also ordered a bottle of Chardonnay with dinner but never got a wine caddy. It was just left on the table. We did talk a bit to the managing staff walking around and he was pleasant and glad we had a concern, but only talked to him about the drinks. Background music was loud and coming from another nearby party, I believe as there were people wandering in off the street from the 2 pro games in the area, one of which we attended. These people were not there to eat but walked to the back into another area. This could be a great upscale experience with some attention to detail. Again, beautiful venue but not quite there yet.

Frustrating it averaged us over 12 minutes every time we ordered a drink. Waiter friendly but had to waive him down to order dessert. But the steak & whipped potatoes made up for slow service. Wine, if you can get it, tastes great with their food! If want fast service, don’t come here. We decided not to order extra drinks not because of cost or afraid get too buzzed but didn’t want to risk another long wait. But if time on your hands and like incredible steak & whipped potatoes this is your place! Love the valet parking included on the bill because eliminates again fumbling for credit card. Parking system to get there & leaving hassle free. Wish every expensive restaurant had this bill-included-system for valet after dinner! Once they improve the pace serving drinks and the slow gaps between appetizers & main course & dessert this will be a gem for downtown Minneapolis.

Excellent experience. I was immediately welcomed at the bar by Laura. She took my drink order, then gave me a detailed description of the menu including the lineage and regions of the various meat options. The Wedge salad had chunks of perfectly crisped pork belly with the usual blue cheese and cherry tomatoes. The salmon crispy fried rice was super delicious and the prime New York strip was cooked to a perfect medium rare.
As a single dinner, you never know what you will get these days. The bar was expansive with lots of room to dine, and the service was impeccable. Very enjoyable evening.

First, the restaurant is absolutely STUNNING. Not a single detail was missed when designing this new steakhouse. The service was fabulous from the moment you stepped through the doors all the way to the end of the evening when retrieving your car from valet. Our server David did an amazing job at recommending amazing appetizers and drinks to pair with the entrees. The food was delicious. Everything from appetizers, to the delicious & tender steaks, to the 16 layer chocolate cake, it was all so good I cannot even put it into words. Definitely a must try if you are in the Downtown Minneapolis area, very easily accessible.

The food was quite good - on par for what you'd expect but nothing that blew us away. The Caviar Tots are a disappointment but everything else was well executed. We particularly enjoyed the oysters, cheesecake, and assorted sauces to go with the steaks.
The service was absolutely excellent, our waiter Elliot was phenomenal and went above and beyond to make our experience great. More places need employees like Elliot, he crushed it!
