Sandra teaches a great class on Sourdough Bread. After years of trying, I felt like I actually understood. It eliminated the "mysterious" and "difficult" feeling around it. Very practical.
I found the sourdough bread baking class to be very helpful. Sandra made the process very doable and gave us so many hints. I feel confident I will be successful in making my own sour dough bread from scratch. She was so relaxed and easy to ask questions of. I had a great time. I'd say if you want to know how to make sour dough bread, try this class.
With all the different sourdough baking methods out there it was SO helpful to learn techniques, gain confidence, and get a feel for the dough at the sourdough class at Studio B. I liked being able to take home a fresh baked loaf that you got to shape yourself and a starter. Sandra was very fun, knowledgeable, and patient with everyone’s questions. Highly recommend!
