Dude wouldn’t let me use a reward for free chips that was clearly on the receipt. Food is always trash but greedy owners make it even easier to skip this place

AVOID!!!!!! This franchise location they don't even have a working number,
the lazy owner sits at home watching the cameras-while his employees can barely speak or read English!!!! ALSO DO NOT PLACE ANY ONLINE ORDERS or VIA ANY apps the workers don't read ENGLISH!!!!! And they will make your sandwiches THE SAME with HARDLY ANY MEAT OR VEGGIES!
They have rude staff and the place is dirty.!!!!
We will now contact the Subway corporate office and file a complaint

I entered the subway during my work break at 8:50pm.

I observed the worker assisting four customers.
When it was my turn, he stated that they closed at 9:00pm.

Notably, the 'OPEN' sign was still illuminated.

I was unaware of their closing time, as business hours are NOT posted.

Furthermore, none of the produce had been put away, yet the worker refused to serve me

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

P.S. -I should have seen the reviews!

At this point this location needs to be REPORTED to the Attorney General office for umethic work
Practice - misleading the consumer -with the false advertising, non-working business line, -refusing to give customers a refund for the order errors etc

Subway used to be my favorite, but this location has the worst customer service. I came here on Monday the 26th at 2:30 pm , and the person preparing the sandwiches was extremely rude.

Worst Subway I've been to. I always get egg on my sub regardless of the time of day and depending on who's working they'll refuse to put egg on my sandwich. I've never had this problem at literally any other Subway. Their drink machine also never has ice and only like 3 out of the 8 drinks are ever actually available and the ones that are available are watered down tasting. Would rather make the trip down the subway at miracle mile shopping center, never a bad experience there.

Placed an order online, for 2 different sandwiches. When I picked up the order both sandwiches were made the same. Obviously didn't read the order correctly. I'll be ordering from a different location from now on.

I ask for light mayonnaise, how hard is it to follow simple instructions? As someone who's worked multiple retail jobs and worked at Subway, this is just deplorable. Train your employees better, can't even call to complain and ask to speak to a manager. This has happened so many times from this location. Don't ever order online unless you want a 🫏 to make your food wrong.

ordered a number 11 toasted on white bread the lady can barely speak english and has a strong accent nothing towards her but it makes it hard to order they block it so u cant see what meats and cheese they put the the prices are also extremely misleading i ordered a 6inch that was supposed to be 6.29+ tax but i paid 8 for it instead with no extras added and the footlong churro has no sugar on it its overly dry dont order

I ordered some sandwiches right before one of the springtime snow storms. I walked over to the store to find the store had closed early to allow their employees to make it home ahead of the storm. I returned later in the week to see about a refund or fulfillment of the order. The employee of this location was so kind she made up my order which she had still listed on a receipt off to the side of their counter.

I appreciated their efforts, the sandwiches were great and the cookie perfectly fresh!
