Placed an order online, for 2 different sandwiches. When I picked up the order both sandwiches were made the same. Obviously didn't read the order correctly. I'll be ordering from a different location from now on.

I tried calling the restaurant to cancel a mobile order but the phone number doesn’t work..
I ask for light mayonnaise, how hard is it to follow simple instructions? As someone who's worked multiple retail jobs and worked at Subway, this is just deplorable. Train your employees better, can't even call to complain and ask to speak to a manager. This has happened so many times from this location. Don't ever order online unless you want a 🫏 to make your food wrong.

ordered a number 11 toasted on white bread the lady can barely speak english and has a strong accent nothing towards her but it makes it hard to order they block it so u cant see what meats and cheese they put the the prices are also extremely misleading i ordered a 6inch that was supposed to be 6.29+ tax but i paid 8 for it instead with no extras added and the footlong churro has no sugar on it its overly dry dont order

They cover the meat behind a large metal cover and give you half the amount you’re supposed to get.

I ordered some sandwiches right before one of the springtime snow storms. I walked over to the store to find the store had closed early to allow their employees to make it home ahead of the storm. I returned later in the week to see about a refund or fulfillment of the order. The employee of this location was so kind she made up my order which she had still listed on a receipt off to the side of their counter.
I appreciated their efforts, the sandwiches were great and the cookie perfectly fresh!

Do NOT GO HERE. As the last review states this place has the cover up and you can’t see any of the meats as they place them. Didn’t think much about it until I left and saw they put a quarter the amount of turkey, cheese and bacon that you would ever receive from any subway! As they placed the other toppings, I literally had to ask for extra of every one as they were barely adding anything. I had to go back and ask for a refund and was denied. The thieves only offered a new sandwich of the same. No answer as to why the cover was up/ blocking people’s view.

This guy won't except valid couponsfor subway . I thought if you're a subway franchise you should honor subways coupons.
Went here for lunch today(11:45am) and there wasn't a line, no one eating inside. That should have been my sign to not go there.I ordered the monster Philly steak sandwich, which i have order elsewhere. The lady had no clue how to make it. Skimped on the meat, says 2x cheese on the menu and just got a sprinkle. Two pieces of bacon normally it comes with double that. For an obvious reason they have the meat and cheese blocked so you can't watch them make it!!!Got the "freshly baked" chocolate chip cookies! Went to eat them and they were clearly day or two old!Won't be going here again!!!!!

This is absolutely by far the worst customer service experience has at any store with any company ever.Let’s start with the fact that their main number to this store doesn’t event work. It goes to a fax line. So exec you wanted to talk to someone you couldn’t.I placed a delivery order in mid August, roughly 2pm through the Subway app, expecting a delivery around 30 minutes. This never came, in fact the link to shoe the status, still shows “In progress” (almost 2 months later) Now because Subway doesn’t have a real customer service line, and because I couldn’t actually call the main line as previously mentioned z, I’ve had to put in at least 4 email inquiries until I received a pseudo apology from the owner of this store. It was more like just an acknowledgement that there’s an issue with website/app. And I haven’t received a refund.I’ve been a faithful fan of Subway for over 20 year's, and this year I was diagnosed with cancer. My previous employer offered up a $100 gift card to any restaurant I wanted to help me through my journey. I chose Subway…and this experience was a part of that.. Honestly this whole situation has soured my love for this chain, Keep the $23 Subway, work on your customer service.

I visit this location for a while now and they have always accepted the coupons sent out weekly in the mail flyers. I went here this week and after I finished making my sandwich, they told me they're not accepting coupons. The sign was not noticeable and placed on the wall/door where the employees walk into the register area. I'm a little disappointed that they are no longer honoring coupons sent out. If anything, I would think the coupons drive more customers to visit this location because they know they have a coupon that can be used.Besides that issue, I have generally had a good experience here. The place is clean and the employees are quick making your sandwich.

This location does not accept any coupons. Shame on the cheap franchise owner - drive the extra 3 mins to the one off Excelsior and 100. Employee’s here are nice, just won’t be coming back again.
