I eat here everyday because it is close to my office. They never read the special instructions if you order through the app and their phone is always unavailable. Workers are great if you order there, but they've never made the sandwhich right if ordered online. They won't even toast it.

I ordered two footlongs and a six inch from here and all of them were incorrect. I ordered a h ch sicken bacon ranch with lots of veggies and the only thing on it when I got home was some chicken. Not veggies not even cheese. The other sandwiches had all the toppings on them that I ordered for mine. Walked in and lady was talking on the phone the entire time

I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location (24th & E Hennepin Ave). While they have security cameras installed, I learned they do not function—which is incredibly irresponsible, especially for customer safety.
On top of that, the owner was extremely disrespectful and dismissive when I asked for help regarding an urgent situation. I’ve never been treated so poorly as a customer.
Please avoid this location and choose another Subway or sandwich shop where your business is respected and your safety is taken seriously.

Parking: Street parking on the side street mostly open near the Subway end. 4-lane Hennepin Ave doesn't really have parking. There's a stop sign next to the entry doors perfect for locking your bike to, but it would be nice if the Subway gets bike racks installed by the city with their free program.

Ordered on the mobile app and asked for the two foot long subs to be wrapped in 6 inch individual portions. It wasn’t done. When I requested they rewrap the sandwiches they called the owner and he had a fit saying extra wrap was on the menu which it wasn’t. Don’t go there or order from there.

This is one of the worst run business I have ever seen in my life. Its run almost as bad as "The Iron Exchange" when it first opened. I live near this subway, and ~90% of the time I try to get a sandwich from here they are closed during normal business hours. They literally have a giant sign on their window that says "Were open." No you aren't lmao

Blatantly lie about their hours. Do no trust this location to be open when you arrive even at times that they advertise. I came at 1:30pm on Sunday, 3/27, assuming they would be open because their hours on their door are open until 7pm and online it said open to 9pm.There are many reasons to not be open, and they should be honest about it rather than pretend. Shameful, and must be resolved if this location wants to develop the trust necessary to remain open.Update: I called to confirm their hours, nobody picked up, I attempted to leave a message and they hung up on me while I was leaving it.I left a suggestion for them to change their hours to be closed on Sundays because thats what I experienced. Might stop by a few more times to see if they are ever open, might leave a tip for subway corporate. Get it together.
