The worst person was working tonight Cory!!! I tried to be calm but while I was trying to order my subs he literally tried to take this disrespectful little kids orders who was cussing me out and he was so attentive to this kid idk if he was family or not but forget working for them if this is what they want this is horrible and I still have him a tip period even though flies where all over and like I said offered to make everyone subs for free after us and thats messed up I want the owners number now cause when I worked for them I never I mean never did this and treated everyone the same and was fast and not slow get it together I will come get the owners number every day till I get it this is ridiculous even as a past worker like naw get better or get called on

Sarah and Laura need a raise!! I work a youth program and on Tuesday (7/29/25) our lunch plans fell through last minute and we needed lunch for 20+ kids FAST. I ran over and they said they typically would never do such a large order on such short notice as that would qualify as a catering order but they'd take care of us.
They were so kind, professional, worked quickly, and we're so understanding, exactly what we needed in that moment.

Horrible customer service. The manager is extremely rude.
I asked about a refund because they forgot to put items with my food. The manager said “all I do is make sandwiches” and then hangs up.

This store makes me sad. The servers are usually very good, up until the time they lock the door during business hours.
I get it, living in the same area. It's a crappy location, and the employees are risking their lives for min-wage to serve up mediocre subs with no security on site.
Even if I were starving I wouldn't work there.
I do appreciate when they are open, as I really like their sammys.

Did an online order, I went to go pick it up but there was a sign that said they were closed for the next 20 minutes. If they were closed, why was i able to still make a purchase online. So I did not even get my food. I been trying to call to get a refund, but no one is picking up or the voicemail I kept getting was the phone is not connected. I would like a refund back.

They never answer their phone, don’t take cash and have rude staff. Online it says they open at 9am but don’t ever plan on coming then because the employees are probably not even awake yet. I ce back at 9:50 and someone was inside so I tried to open the door once and a man came over. He then demanded that I stop and that he will open soon and that I should just wait. If the workers can’t respect basic rules of opening on time I don’t want to know how they treat the cleanliness rules.
Corporate greed at its finest. They had one woman running the whole store at 7pm on Sunday. It took her 35min to make 3 sandwiches and then she refused to make my daughter a sandwich because it was too close to closing time (7:35pm)This employee didn’t know what garlic roast beef was and tried to tell me they didn’t have it, she only backed down when I pointed it out on the menu. Also she said at that location they just put ranch in the garlic aioli bottle because they don’t know what aioli is…. I should have just left but I was so hungry after a 12hr shift and subway is all we have left on the north side. Don’t eat here

If I could give 0 starts I would do it, he was racist he even told me he was the manager, I really don’t think he is. I didn’t even get my sandwich right, he wanted to fight and told me he got me recorded just cuz I told him to change his attitude! The guys in the place don’t want to work, the worst customer service. (Told him couple times the name of the sandwich and he began to scream and say he did not understand) I didn’t expect his actitud and respond back. Just no. ??

This is the worst Subway franchise ever, this location will not take cash. I just let this Subway; go inside and the girl is mopping and she tells the guy in front of me that she is not servicing anyone. So to who ever runs and own this Weber Northside Minneapolis MN location; just close your doors to the public......
