Friendly employees, happy to make your sub the way you like it. They put the sub together nicely. It's appealing.
The owner has worked here for decades. He cares about his store and it shows. Yes, he works at his own store. Great guy. This is my preferred location.

I sent my boyfriend in to pickup our order and the worker behind the counter gave him attitude right off the bat. She told him there was no order under my name. He could tell she had already prepared one of the sandwiches based off the bread and told her “I’m pretty sure it’s the one you’re working on”. She rudely asked him what was in it so he specified and she proceeded to prepare the next sandwich as slow as she possibly could. Then demanded to see the order on his phone before handing him the order. Mind you he already told her I placed the order. A male coworker came by to check and see what was happening and only then did she hand him the order. She didn’t mark them despite asking her to. She had long brown hair, she was Hispanic and I came by on Tuesday before 8pm. I do not think she should be working a customer service job if she’s going to meet people with that kind of attitude. I understand we all have bad days at work. Bad days in general even. However treating people with politeness and not having a rude demeanor should be the bare minimum for everyone. Workers and customers.

Preferred Subway in the area despite other locations being closer to us, staff is always kind and helpful. Sandwiches ordered online rarely have errors. Restaurant is clean and has plenty of seating.

Went in for lunch. Have been going here since this was located further up the road in the shopping center. I only get 30 minutes for lunch I ordered 2 sandwiches. The person that was helping me spoke zero English. I had repeated myself many times and other sandwiches were being made before mine. I finally said never mind and the white very rude lady said bye. Like I was nothing. I have encountered her in the past and try not to have her help me. She thinks she us owner and that she is superior. She us one of the most horrible customer service person anywhere. She us rude and thinks she is above everyone else. I have been going there probably before she was born. She said the person helping me speaks no English. Well they should be there with her if that is the case because i don't speak Spanish. I know help is hard to find but the one that thinks she is manager hurts the business not helps it. Nothing will be done because no such thing as customer service anymore. I will go to East Moore lake location from now on

Best Subway in all of Minneapolis - hands down!!! I've been coming here every week for the past decade and the crew here blows all of the other franchises out of the water. I always just let them do their thing and put everything on it, and they never ever fail to please. Walk into any other Subway and pretty much prepare yourself to be greatly disappointed when measuring up to this one. One of Heights' best kept secrets in my opinion!

Waited at this window and never was geared or attended too. It was 11am, prime time, and no employee would answer the window. You could see a lady washing dishes and ignoring that was there. Even with a honk or call out.
Food was fine but my drink from the fountain had bugs or somethings floating in it. I'm not sure how regular the machines are cleaned but it's unacceptable.

Best Subway the workers are friendly and kid friendly always washing there hands plus hair covered. This location have fresh bread and all there food here is fresh and clean I never experience moldy food or expired food. The price is great and if you looking for a great sub this location have it besides getting the app for Subway will make things better as well.
