Horrible service. I stopped in over the weekend at 8:15 pmthe guy working there was cleaning up the counter by the food and I waited a few minutes thinking he would wait on me soon. There were no other customers, I asked if they were open and he stated “if we were closed you wouldn’t be able to get in” he continued cleaning. I asked if there was someone around to take my order and he stated “I’m cleaning” and continued to ignore me. I decided to leave because he wouldn’t wait on me. As I was leaving he said “have a nice night”I guess they don’t care about loosing customers, I will never go back there.

Ordered my sub looked at letice and spinach they both looked old and disgusting. I asked if I could get fresh. So the guy proceeded to grab some from another container down the way and added it to the sub. It was equally disgusting. I said no thanks and walked out. This is too bad it is usually the best subway I've been to.

The usual, sandwiches are good with lots of variety and options. The only reason I took off one star is because the staff that made my order did not seem happy in his work and was indifferent. He was competent but I felt like I was imposing on him.

my online order never gets made right. Always missing a meat on my bmt. Call to see about getting it replaced and they don’t even answer the phone.
Haven't been to a Subway since Covid closures. This is a really good one. My server helped me translate my usual order into their new sandwich menu. Generous with toppings without having to keep requesting "more". The days of $5 foot longs are over, but nice value compared to other fast casual options like Chipotle. I won't wait so long for my next visit!

Sandwich was a little undercooked, I worked at subway, footlong steak needs to cook for at least 30 seconds, not 20

My meal, including a 32 oz Mellow Yellow beverage, was delicious. Soon after I had finished eating, I needed to use the restroom. The Manager STOPPED me as I attempted to get to the BLOCKED OFF restroom. He rudely smarted off to me: "Did you see the No Public Restroom signs?" The signs were clearly displayed. However, I took the word Public to mean that only paying Customers, of this Subway restaurant, could use the restroom facilities. Nobody from Off-The-Street. So, I asked the Manager IF the word Public included paying Customers. The Manager replied: "Customers Too". Meaning, I guess, that I COULDN'T use the restroom. What was I do to? Wet my pants? Do my business outside, like an animal, and get arrested for doing so? I should have worn diapers to this place. The Management's forbidding ME, a paying Customer, from using the restroom, was probably ILLEGAL. The Management should review Minnesota, and Minneapolis, laws on operating a restaurant. NEVER AGAIN will I be eating here. My experience, at this Subway restaurant, was downright INSULTING!

The supervisor at this location is really terrible. The staffs at this specific location are just terrible. They curse you out in their language like you won’t understand what they are saying. They can do better for real.They should be lucky I was in a good mood today. I will not be returning to this location.
