Today December 21 at 4:20 at moment the got only 1 employee no costumer In the room she wiping the area and I asked her someone to serve me she said I’m only by myself let me finish cleaning she said. I got hungry and trust them to get food. How she said wait she doesn’t know how to serve the costumer she is rude too

Avoid this place like the plague (literally)!! The employees at this location are unbelievably rude. They act like ordering is an imposition on them, roll their eyes and scoff when you give them your order. Food safety and cleanliness is a joke, food sitting out uncooled, uncovered, they'll be sweeping/mopping with gloves on and try to make your food with the same gloves unless you call them out on it. They refuse to honor coupons simply because they can't read English. They scam on pricing and the card reader is set up in a way that makes it easy to tip more than you want, when you call them out on it they act like they can't reverse it until you demand they do so, which of course takes 5 business days.

Every time I go there, they always greet me with a kind smile and they always ask me if my food was good and I tell them yes and every time I leave there, I leave with a full stomach and a better mindset due to the music

subway, are you even training your employees? cutting down on staff, labor and ingredients, eh? that's not the way to reach your projection. it is just a sandwich, how it is put together is the magic and always was, and you cant even afford that as a corporation.
Customer service is absolutely horrible! The servers skimp on the portions and lastly do not order online because most likely you will not get what you have ordered. I will be contacting the main headquarters and filing a complaint! The place needs a staff overhaul.

Walked in at 7:32 and place already looked closed up (they close at 8:00). The woman did not greet me, just continued working and ignoring me for minutes and then came up and rudely told me she needed ten minutes. The guy waiting behind me left immediately and then I did too. I was so hungry, would NOT recommend this location.

This location skimps on ingredients. Take a look at my picture and tell me if that’s worth almost $12. You order a footlong and they use the same amount of ingredients as a six inch. I feel bad for the workers there, working for such cheap owners.

From the moment we arrived the server just kept snapping at us. We couldn't even ask her. A question couldn't even tell her what we want on our Subway. She wanted to fix it the way she wanted to and then through all of our sandwiches in the same bag after I ask her to separate the bags we're going in 2 different directions still did not listen to me and my husband's requested and the kids just looked at her. And the 6 years old, said why is she so mean?, I just carried my two sandwiches in my hand. She was just so rude to my family.I'll never go back there again!!!

This is the BMT I ordered. No salami, one strip of bacon. Didn’t get my new Auntie Annie’s pretzel. I have NEVER, ever gotten a single delivery order right from this subway. Not once. And no solution through app or online to complain or get order corrected or money back. Have to go in, defeating the purpose of delivery.

The food is good, but the customer service is terrible, a lady is aggressive and literally doesn't let you think and it was my first time there eating very badly.
