The soda machine is broken, so you only get bottle drinks. Service was so very slow, the older lady working there alone has a bad attitude. Parking is in the back of the building, don't park in the front you might get your car tow.Parking: Read the review.

They don’t take coupons and I get them sent to me and I live across the street from this location. Why send coupons to customers near your store if you don’t take coupons.

This is a positive review. The low score is really just because subway, in general, has lost their minds with their pricing.I live in Richfield and I've always gone to the location on 66th & Nicollet but haven't been going since the very beginning of COVID. Well, something has happened and it's a nightmare there so I went to the Penn Avenue & 66th location - not knowing the pricing could be so drastically different (outside of an airport location).The other day this new young man was deserted by his more experienced coworker who said they were going to run errands & today they didn't have any herbs & cheese bread (Penn) so I went to the 53rd & Lyndale location & discovered the huge difference in pricing.Same food.About a $2 difference.With prices post COVID - when I'm craving that subway oil and cheese bread - I'll be going to the Mpls Lyndale location.I cannot believe that subway has stayed in business charging $13 for a Turkey sub of their quality.Service at both Lyndale & Penn was excellent - though the poor chap brand new on the job half didn't know what he was doing and had a long line as a result - he stayed friendly and patient.Both are clean.Parking.Choose Lyndale.

Perhaps others have had a rather different experience, but our Subway employee was openly rude to our autistic son. So that wasn't great. Given that the food isn't great is isn't a very good combo is it?

Worst Subway I’ve ever been too1st off meat missing from 1/2 the sandwich and no fixings on it, it looked as if someone straight up sat on the sandwich. Tried to call and speak to a MGR and I was laughed at! Never order online from this spot!
