I asked for extra chipotle sauce and she went really light. So I again said extra chipotle please, it upset the old lady this morning and she was incredibly rude. If you suck at customer service FIND A DIFFERENT JOB! Lol

Not bad, but there are better options, even for a quick bite, your downtown, try something different.
Cash only I went there for breakfast because I work close by and have depended on Subway at other locations as my go to place for food. There was only one worker working and it took a long time, and then I find out that the cash register won't take a card today. What a pain, the guy ahead of me took a long time to try two cards and then gave up. I finally made it through and paid with cash. Getting back to my desk, the food was not even warm. I am not giving up on them yet, because it is such a convenient location, but if problems continue, I might have to think twice.
