Service here, as well as any other downtown Subway, is going to be different than in the suburbs. I ordered from the app, I time my trip to the restaurant, so I can get my order and eat. More often than not, I have to stand and wait for the 1 person working behind the counter to get my food, because they don't want to put it on the pick order shelf. They all claim people are stealing orders. I see no proof. Keep an eye on the shelf then! Now, the issue is they have no fountain beverage service, but the app shows that as available. Either get the machines fixed, or take fountain beverage off the menu for the app. It just seems like no one cares. The 2nd person at this store was hanging around in back while the one guy was working the counter. Completely unnecessary!

The Lady at the counter was extremly friendly and nice. She made a very nice and tasty sandwich. Why there is no veggie patty in every store? I am missing it. Thank you to the lady. 13.2 . 10am

In Minneapolis skyway close to Target Store. Had Philly cheesesteak and it’s very good. The price for the large sub was $14, still cheaper than the overpriced and unethical Subway in Northeast Minneapolis on Central. Really, the skyway location most likely has higher rent.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Grossly overpriced for a salad a $16!!! No more lettuce than on a sandwich. People behind the counter are rude. Prices for salads not marked on board to tell you pay extra.
