Ordered online and my sandwich was not ready. Both employees looked at me as if I was crazy and ignored me, had a snobby attitude when I asked for a refund. Don’t ever come here unless you’re ready for an attitude 😂

Haven’t been to Subway in a while, I decided to stop by for some dinner. I stoped by roughly 10 minutes before they closed which was a mistake. When I order, I always order a wrap, the cranky woman said that they didn’t have any wraps, which I pointed out that it was on there menu, than she proceeded to inform me that a wrap is rolled up (no shit Sherlock) than she grabbed a wrap.
If you do decide to stop buy, don’t expect the service to be good.

I ordered online. When I arrived the employee could not find my order under my first name and then asked for my last name and located it. Both of my sandwiches were supposed to be toasted and 1 sandwich was missing cheese. The chips that were shown available online, did not match their actual stock.

They managed to mess up BOTH of my sandwiches that I ordered on the app! They put every customization from the BMT on what was supposed to be the ECBR (elite chicken bacon ranch) including the wrong bread and they put every customization from the CBR on what was supposed to be the BMT on the chicken bacon ranch. Please fix this cause this was super annoying and avoidable!!! How hard is it to mess up a sandwich that you’re reading from a piece of receipt!

Just stopped in for a quick second to get a sandwich on break and got back to the job site and they gave me the person behind me’s sandwich. I ordered the new chicken one and it came out to 20.06 for a foot long. The sandwich I got was meatballs, parm cheese, tomato and lettuce. It was like back in the day, going for a drink of water and someone had put vodka in the water bottle. You expect water and chug a double shot of vodka. Very disappointing

This place sucks, I used the mobile app and they put mayo on my sandwich instead of honey mustard (I hate mayo) and than proceeded not to give me my cookie or drink. The service was also not good

Worst place to go to. The food is bad and the guy who works there scammed me. He keeps talking with a very low voice so nobody can hear what he says. I ordered something and he gave me something else and when I tried to explain that was not what I ordered but no action. I submitted a complaint and nobody reached out. Never ever again. Additionally the restaurant seems to be nasty.
This location closes at 9 but I arrived at 8:50 and the doors were locked while there were people working inside

My sister and I placed an order and waited for an hour and a half and never received our order. The workers came and asked us multiple times what the order was and would walk away and start helping others. I understand wanting to help the walk ins, however if you have customers waiting for OVER AN HOUR. Then you need to focus on that customer and get that order out first. Absolutely Irritated and Frustrating.
