I had a really frustrating experience with this Subway location. I placed an order through the app, and was charged $80, but when I arrived, the store told me the order had been cancelled on their end and never processed. The problem is, the money was still taken from my account, and they said there was nothing they could do because they didn’t receive the order.
To make things worse, none of the staff spoke English, so trying to explain the situation and ask for help was nearly impossible. I used translation apps and tried to show them the charge on my phone, but I was just told again and again that they couldn’t help me.
Now I’m out $80, with no food, no order, and no clear way to get a refund. I tried reaching out through the app, but haven’t gotten a resolution yet.
I understand mistakes happen, but there needs to be better communication and a clearer process for handling issues like this. At the very least, someone at the store should be able to speak enough English to help resolve billing problems.

Has to be the worst service I seen in my life. They canceled the order, did not refund us, did not care to speak to an English speaker on the phone even if I spoke Spanish calling other times. They speak spanish and ignore you on call and hang up or blocked us. Eventually using other numbers now they went above and beyond to avoid all contact. Now when you call the subway it says theyre busy. UPDATE: We went to that subway. NOT BUSY AT ALL, no one was there but us and i can see why now. They acted like the order never existed, even with proof of payment and cancelation. There goes $80!! And they didn't want to get the manager saying he wouldn't be able to help. All they did was repeat and repeat like a broke record player. And support dorsnt help its using AI to talk to us and guess what it said go to the subway for a refund even though THAT subway said they can't. Now my bank will take 2 weeks to try and figure it out or if they can even refund it at all. I wish I could do 0 stars. Getting Dairy Queen now.

This place was horrible. 1st trying to find parking almost impossible. Next the service was some of the worst service I've ever had. Employees had an attitude. Im there paying their salaries by my patronage. I am met with attitudes and disrespectful body language and words. Asked for banana peppers on half my foot long and to cut it in half, the worker had an attitude and just threw the peppers and didn't even cut my sandwich right. Then trying to leave took me longer than it did to get my footlong. I highly suggest avoiding this subway if at all possible. Management and Ownership should really, reevaluate this location and provide more help with capable people.

Terrible all around terrible food flys landing all over them “fresh” ingredients rude staff members they do not accept any subway coupons and the restaurant is always dirty I got food poisoning from here I haven’t ate subway since

I asked her to put pepper on it. She put a lot of salt. It is horrible so much salt it is uneatable staff was very unfriendly. Overpriced charged me each individual thing for the kids meal. My granddaughter asked her for chocolate milk and she immediately said they didn't have chocolate milk , and my granddaughter said yes you do, she's only four and could detect right away that the staff was lying then she said oh yeah, we do and went and checked in the freezer and got one The lady was very rude. Also it was hard to communicate with her. She kept giving me the wrong sandwich. I asked for a BMT and she kept giving me a BLT.

It's a very clean Subway. Had some issues over the years with some of the staff but I continue to go there. They do not honor coupons from off the TV because this Subway is privately owned. Prices have gone up line anywhere else. No bathroom unless a customer.
Parking: The parking is in the small little strip mall and so much traffic comes through there because other restaurants are there it's hard to get a parking spot and also because some people like to double park.
Wheelchair accessibility: People can enter easily for any type of handicap.

The food was good the workers were nice but had troubles understanding them, inside was clean and small and had little seating and table area, I would recommend if you don't mind having random people coming in while you're eating asking you for money! But if you do mind then I highly don't recommend coming here and eating there unless you're taking your food to go it's a good place.
This is a tough location, but the employees are always friendly!
