I recently visited Subway and was disappointed with the portion of meat in my sandwich. Despite paying $20 for a sub meal, the amount of meat barely filled the sandwich. The value for money was certainly lacking in this instance.

Hot. Garbage. So it was $12.67 for two 2.5" sandwiches with one piece of meat each, one tomato, one cucumber, two pieces of onion on each sandwich. I mean come on. Just no. Should've waited until home...

Just came in from out of town. Seen the subway, So I thought I would get a sub. Security guard wouldn't let me in. Is this only for the hospital? I know they make bank there but not open to the public?

Order online here didn't know it was a hospital found the subway but security was very rude wouldn't let me go in and get my food told me to call them and stand outside by the door I tried for 20 mins nobody picked up so paid for food I couldn't get left very disappointed why have a subway here that accepts mobile

I’ve been here a few times and wouldn’t recommend going on the weekend. I ordered a sandwhich and asked for tomato about three times, the person put a bunch of mayonaisse which I didn’t ask for or want. I was not offered a new sandwhich & told her I asked for tomato not Mayo, she gave me an attitude and said yes this mayo, not understanding what I said. Finally I told her that’s not what I asked for, she wiped off some of the mayo with a knife. If I had an allergy this would’ve been a huge problem. I wasn’t going to say a thing. I submitted a complaint online & I came back the next day because I was given a coupon for a free drink to use IN RESTAURANT; & the worker said I needed a card coupon to redeem it. I told them I didn’t need a card that this was from a survey online with a code, she said she didn’t understand and got a co-worker. A man came up and I told him about my coupon for a free drink, he said they only do it online, but the survey clearly says it’s only accepted in restaurant. I told him this, he wouldn’t even look at my screen and he basically said he doesn’t know. Two disappointing experiences in one weekend. I’ve been here a few times during the week and they have never had issues.I tried my best to be patient with the weekend staff, but it’s not that they didn’t accept it, it’s that they didn’t know how to type in codes nor understand much English. I wish there was a different person working or a manager, I ended up just leaving the restaurant without my sandwhich or drink because it was just frustrating when they couldn’t understand an offer their restaurant gave me. If you’re working at a food place in the hospital I feel like you really need to understand English especially for food allergies.

Did a Door Dash call to let them know I wanted flat bread.. Phone hung up 3times On the third time the lady said see couldn't do it it's already made.. Maybe if she wouldn't have hung up on me so many times I would have been able to get what I wanted...This is not customer service...This is laziness

This is the subway located in the hospital. I wouldn't recommend going here on the weekends. I've had great experiences during the weekday with no issues & great customer service, but I've ran into 2-3 issues on the weekend. The weekend staff had a girl make my sandwhich and I asked about three times for tomato and pointed to it, she quickly put on a bunch of mayonaisse which I didn't ask for, I told her again I wanted tomato and she just stood staring at me. I told her again it's not what I asked for, I asked for tomato & she gave me an attitude and said yes that is mayo! I had to rephrase and say that is not what I asked for (if I had a food allergy this would've been a huge problem, this is also a hospital location so you would think they be more careful about these things) in which she took a knife and just took off a small amount of mayonaisse. She didn't offer to make a new sandwich or anything, so I was just frustrated and hungry & just let her continue making the sandwich. I did a survey as soon as I left and got a coupon to be redeemed in restaurant so I came back the next day hoping for a better experience. This time I had to point at the ingredients and ordered really slow, which went well until I was ringing up. I showed her my coupon for a free drink and she said "no you need card" I told her I didn't get a card this was from the website, she said she didn't know/didn't understand so she got a co worker. I told and showed the co worker my coupon which he didn't even look at and said it's only online. I pointed out in my phone it said IN restaurant only that it was from a survey & he wouldn't even look & said he didn't know/ wouldn't take it. I was frustrated and wished I could speak to management because no solution was being offered to both of my experiences. I think the only solution is to not go on a weekend. I visit my child in the intensive care unit and this is the only thing that's open other than coffee when the cafeteria is closed.

I could not find the store???I placed an order online and Google map sent me to a hospital. It looks like the restaurant is inside the hospital. I tried to find it but wandering in the hospital for 15mins, I couldn’t find it.

You wouldn’t believe what happened tonight and you may not believe me, but me and a friend walked from our house to this specific subway to get some sandwiches after a long day of work and all of a sudden it DOWNPOURED. we never came to this subway before and Marcus stood up above and beyond to lead me and my hungry friend on the phone and even let us in when it was locked on the outside to get into their subway because we were confused on where it was located around the hospital. THANK YOU SO MUCH MARCUS FOR MAKING OUR NIGHT!!. I cannot appreciate you enough for doing such a generous thing, left a tip and a review for doing something nobody else would, you definitely deserved it.

I'm a traveler nurse at the hospital here and thought I would give it a try. I walk down to it and their doors are open but lights were all off. I saw an employee behind the sandwich counter so I walked in. Another employee is sleeping on a booth snoring so loud with an open bag of chips on him. The gal behind the counter was making herself a sandwich as she was telling me they were closed because they had no power. Their back room had all the lights on. Not impressed.
