I told them I have a coupon before they made the sandwich and then told me their machine doesn’t scan. These people don’t care about people’s time.
Ordered through the Subway app. They used DoorDash for delivery. I tracked it. It stated it was delivered. Never delivered to me. Called DoorDash for a refund. I was told I must call Subway for the refund. I called them for several hours. Their line is ALWAYS busy. Horrible.
The amazing lady that made my sub couldn’t speak the most fluent English but she did her best to make sure my sub had everything I wanted and made it perfect.

The service we received was not what we expected. Although we asked for something specific, our request was not met. Unfortunately, this makes us hesitant to return to that location in the future.

They can make all these orders but can't respond to a job application or pick up the phone. But if I show up in person, I'd be wrong for that right?
Haven’t had subway in a long time, really was in the mood for it but hesitant as it’s always a hit or miss — Actually really impressed and happy, felt the need to leave a review and I rarely do so. The store was probably one of the cleanest subways I have ever seen, that was the first thing I had noticed. The staff wasn’t overly friendly, but not rude either, just kept it simple. The one and only issue was that my sub was not toasted (I ordered pick up), but it’s actually really well made and tastes great!

This subway employee is so detrimental to the Northside community. This employee does not care if an order is done incorrectly , they will blame the delivery service. Northside subway doesn’t accept any coupons. They have the most racist man working in this establishment and he doesn’t fill the sandwiches with ingredients as if someone is taking food out his own family mouth. If you ask for extra, give me extra. His attitude is horrendous. If you bring your food back from a delivery, he won’t listen and just doesn’t care to fix it. You walk in, he doesn’t speak. Please subway, get rid of this man, he is not it.

This location does not accept coupons. AND the dude made a to go order right in front of me with egg then when it was my turn to order said I cannot have egg because that’s only for breakfast!!! Waited about 15 minutes for service to find this out and decided to leave without buying anything!

I just paid over $9 for a six inch sandwich because they won’t “accept” a coupon because they are in Minneapolis and the rent is so high. I am very upset. Maybe you want to put a sign up that says you won’t take a subway coupon at subway before I order it. Hope they go out of business.

The food and service were good. I felt comfortable eating there. The pop costs $4.
