I just paid over $9 for a six inch sandwich because they won’t “accept” a coupon because they are in Minneapolis and the rent is so high. I am very upset. Maybe you want to put a sign up that says you won’t take a subway coupon at subway before I order it. Hope they go out of business.

Have been fighting with Subway going on 4 days now for my refund. I arrived and found the business closed an hour early and never got my food or refund. Also worth mentioning that Google marked the business confirming the hours just a week ago, but when I spoke to the employee at Subway he said he's been closing early because of the neighborhood, doesn't that mean you've adjusted the stores hours why would you purposely not reflect that??

The worst subway store on earth, the employees come and open the store whenever they want and they close early. Store hours operation says 9am-9pm but they employees open 11am and they close at 7pm and they have terrible customer service. I wish I can give them a 0 instead of 1. They should change their store hours and their employees to give the customers a better experience.

Food is typically good even if the portions are a bit small but the hours listed are not accurate. Not sure how late they are open but it's 8 o'clock and all the lights are off even though it's posted for 9 pm

This store on Broadway is the worst I clearly understand that they make there bread but when I customer comes in say something instead dude just kept making the bread acting as if I wasn’t there like are u serious you don’t see me but funny part was I called into the store I stopped everything to answer that phone though disgusting customer service skills and this is family owed apparently

God awful franchise branch, ordered over an hour before close and all employees were gone. I don't know if it's just an awful owner, bad management, or bad employees, but it's absolutely unacceptable. The only reason they get one star is because zero stars isn't an option. They need to have at least two people staffed or the one person staffed needs to go through sanitation modules. You shouldn’t be putting my sandwich in the toaster touching the timer/ toaster bar and then touching the next customers food and then going back to touch the oven bar just to put your hands in the veggies with the same gloves I didn’t want the sandwich anymore after that. They need 3 people on the line bread & meat, veggies, then someone at the register just like the subway in Plymouth, MN
