I got the maple glazed brussel sprouts and chiken bowl. It was really good. The only negative thing I can say is that it seems that some of their employees could go through some more training. The guy making my meal almost gave the side portion before I had to repeat that I wanted the protein bowl. Overall, not a bad place for a quick meal.

Vegetarian options: You can build your own bowl, but they also have pre-made vegetarian bowls.

Ordered food on door dash and they put the wrong order in my bag like matching up the name on the bag was hard. Good luck calling they just pass you off to door dash or their calling center for them to deal with the problem.

My husband and I found this place yesterday and already went back for more!! GREAT fresh vegetables, PERFECT food portions (sometimes delivery meals get shorted portion wise I feel), and we felt full and energized after!!! Will definitely continue to try different items on the menu!

Ordered a Miso Salmon Bowl + another dish via Uber Eats to a nearby location from the restaurant. I was disappointed to see that the Salmon was missing from the bowl, which was the main reason for ordering the dish. All I got was a miserable bit of rice, avocado, onions, and cucumber. I sent a complaint to Uber Eats, but no response until now. Later in the evening I walked by Sweetgreen on my way home and stopped by to complain about my order. I was still hungry and I thought the least they could do is to give me a piece of salmon to take away. I showed them my receipt and a picture of my meal. Their response was "Oh yeah, we haven't had salmon all day and that's why it's show in the receipt with extra basmati rice." If that was with extra rice I wonder what is a single portion, and do they really think extra rice is a good substitute for a salmon? Then they said "Oh there is code 86 meaning we are out of the item." "So?" I said (there was no code anywhere in my receipt) "Oh, if you order using the Sweetgreen app, it will tell you at the end if we don't have the item." "Well, I used Uber Eats, and usually Uber Eats doesn't even let you choose an item that's not available, and this one was available." "Oh, sorry there is nothing we can do, but the manager will be here tomorrow if you want to talk to him." That's just about how the conversation went, they never offered to make things right by offering a free salad or credit for next order or something, just told me to contact the third-party app (Uber Eats). If they had tried to make things right, I would probably give them at least a 4-review, the food seemed fresh, although the portion was tiny for the price. I'm not planning to go talk to the manager about this order, easier to simply avoid this place. I see many other reviews with similar problems, and wish I had read them before ordering. This is my first review on Google by the way, and it's because of the failure to make things right by the staff.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. No lines at all. Unfortunately, compared to other locations, this location specifically did not meet the taste of the other sweet greens.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. Unless you want the poops AND the saddest $25 salad you’ve ever seen. I paid for a custom salad. Got 20 (yes I counted) pieces of lettuce. 4 grape tomato’s. 4 pieces of broccoli that was a paid for extra. Just left off the parm crisps that I also paid extra for. And then I haven’t stopped going to the bathroom since eating this garbage. Looking at all of the other recent reviews here this place is disgusting. The health inspector needs to step in ASAP

Literally the worst staff of any spot in the area. I've literally had to walk behind the counter to grab takeout orders because they won't acknowledge customers.

Very poor customer service, I went in and waited patiently and didn’t get acknowledge or greeted at all, I was initially going to dine in but I just ordered my food and left ,I will never go back , I should have read the reviews prior.

I love Sweetgreen. Every city I go to, I try to find one. I was in town for business and was so happy to find this one. It’s in a cool old brick building that has a sign on it about its history. Very nice staff. Clean place.

Vegetarian options: You can substitute tofu in any dish.

There’s no way to contact this location directly to complain about this order since they only offer texting with “guest services” but I’ve literally never seen a sadder salad….. this is supposed to be the green goddess but there’s almost nothing in here whatsoever do not order from this place unless you want to get robbed blind for some lettuce

Edit: their text service for guest services never responded

Nothing like the webpage, photos or ads….. I’m willing to bet 99% of these positive reviews and good photos are from the owner / store not customers. Photo is of a the Kale Chicken Caesar Salad, untouched as it came from the restaurant - tomato. Small and subpar at best, overpriced for a small salad.

I asked the manager on duty here for a smaller bag to package an item other than a big bag and she yelled at me. I asked her if I could talk to her reporting manager and she said she was the manager. I would like to talk with the manager about an issue that I had here.

After yelling at me, she seemed frustrated and moved away from the takeout station. There were other customers who cut in front of me. At this point she didn’t accuse me of yelling at her.
