Sad post but I think today was the day. The last time I go here. When they first opened this place was great! Now everytime I go they are out of something. This time waiting in line for 25 min (no joke) and chicken and chips were out. Waited an extra 10 min for chicken. The rice is hard as a rock. For an expensive salad. with the experiences I’ve had .. not worth it.I don’t see them lasting forever in the area.

Love the ingredients and clean oils used, overall decent tasting. However the prices of the bowls do not match the protein portion sizes. It is less than a serving. I did not get full. I’m never one to say that, as I get full fast.

Today I had the shroomami. It was absolutely delicious, I enjoyed the kale and the salad dressing that was used. The mix and the flavor was absolutely delicious. I was really impressed with it. I also got a lemonade which was okay. It wasn't the best but it did go well with the salad. Overall, I do recommend this place. It's easy and quick to get food, especially for lunch.

Disappointing experience at Sweetgreen today. I stopped in for a quick lunch with a friend who was visiting. I ordered the hot honey chicken protein plate expecting a filling meal to get me through the day. Despite the $15 price, the portion size was incredibly underwhelming. The plate barely had enough food to cover the bottom, nowhere near the promised 800+ calories and 50 grams of protein. Looking at the online menu now, it did not have 2x the quinoa. Overall, the portions seemed to be off. Definitely not getting my money's worth on this visit.

This is my favorite salad place ever!! The crispy rice bowl is out of this world and I love how they offer a few different options for amount of dressing! This is a must try if you are in the north loop!!

Every time I come to this location they always mess up my salad and the service is awful. You’re better off going to Crisp & Green, there you at least get the appropriate serving sizes and ingredients for how much you spend.

I ordered a shroomami bowl with chicken. It came with no mushrooms, chicken, or any of the other toppings I added. literally just a bowl with rice and onions.

Tried Sweetgreen for the first time last week and this is my third time eating a meal at Sweetgreen! I’m usually weary about whether or not the salad will be filling, but this is the best tasting and filling salad I’ve had. Thank you!

Went to the north loop location twice and both times it was a disappointing experience. The first time it was closed even though it was still half an hour before the posted close time. The second time, I placed an online order for two of the same salad. One salad was missing salmon and both of them were missing broccoli. When I came back, I was told the salmon was still cooking and that they were out of broccoli. The server who was still packing my order when I came in to pick it up never mentioned they were out of ingredients and if I wanted something else instead. I asked for tomatoes as substitute, which they were also out of. One of the salmon portions was badly overcooked and was very tough. Both salads were basically a mix of kale and spinach, with very little of other ingredients listed in the recipe. Overall, two very mediocre salad for $30!

I got there at 5:20 and they were closed. I'm fine with closing early for holidays but at least adhere to what your posted hours are??? Unacceptable

Laughably terrible and bland food. Even more laughable: The corporate decision to have a DJ spinning turntables on opening day, all while the company serves up what was basically cardboard on cardboard for food. You’re better off eating whatever you can find in dumpsters than here, at these that food was seasoned 10 hours ago instead of never at all. I have nothing good to say about any of my experiences here.Parking: There’s like 3 paid parking spots on the street, and they’re never going to be open 99% of business hours.Wheelchair accessibility: Not wheelchair friendly in practice.

Literally my fave salad place, love the space and the menu option. My go to is Caesar with tofu and sunflower seeds. I have also gotten it with sweet potatoes and it’s also greatVegetarian options: You can sub different vegetarian proteins as well as ask for without cheese or dairyDietary restrictions: It’s made in front of you so you can add or take out. There’s also space for making it behind them for more allergic foods

Solid vibes here on a busy intersection. The staff was uber competent and friendly. The elote bowl is elite so make that your first choice above all.
