Visited Madison, WI for a swim meet this weekend and I discovered SG. I cannot even put into words how delicious the menu is. I didn't go just once...I came back...a total of 4 times!! Tried new things each time - the sauces are unbelievable, ingredients so fresh! Every single time the staff was helpful, smiling, and genuinely kind. Such a happy and joyful vibe. A special shout out to Melvin and Chaz, you guys rock!! Thank you!! I will forever be a fan. 💚

I was late here by the video of the employee, denying a homeless person inside and she just wanted a cup of water. Thank God for the man who came and paid for her meal and still the manager didn’t allow her and disgusting. You guys could never get my money.

I had a bit of trouble locating this place because the tagging on Google Maps seemed incorrect. It took me some time to find it, as it's situated on a busy road within the university, which can be a little confusing. It might be helpful to clarify the directions for future visitors.

This was some of the worst food I've ever had. I had the caramelized garlic steak, the rice was so sticky and under cooked, the beef was plain no flavor and was cut so small you didn't even need to chew it. This was way over priced.

a solitary youtube video lead me here, and to say I was heartbroken is beyond description. A homeless woman simply wanted a bit of water and it was caught on camera how she was treated. ice water/hot water, it will not kill your business to be kind. until the employee/manager saw he was being recorded, he treated that woman like absolute trash. do better.

I placed an order today for a build your own bowl with spinach, wild rice, carrots, chicken, sweet potato, and green goddess dressing. They literally just slapped my order’s sticker onto another order that was very much not what I ordered.
Not only is this poor customer service, this is super irresponsible and could have been extremely dangerous or deadly if I had food allergies. Whoever was working on mobile orders at noon on 11/11/24 should really consider another line of work if this is what they’re going to do.

The food is amazing. I was a bit worried that it was going to be bland salad, but the food is actually delicious and hearty. It’s probably my go to option now when I need to get food quick. Super healthy option, great flavors. New staple restaurant for me.

I've been ordering here several times month. I love this place...usually. I usually do create my own and order a few different toppings including 2 servings of chickpeas. Lately they've only been giving me one serving of chickpeas and have been shady with the toppings portions. I'll give them another try but after that I'm done. They need to pay attention to the online orders. My receipt clearly shows they're should be two portions of chickpeas.
