This the last time I go to this the taco bell ! There just dumb and cannot follow basic instructions and they rude and there food is always cold even right when u get it. And forget about going inside the building has homeless ppl huddled on there doors like zombie crack heads and they always begging this is the WORST taco bell in Minnesota
I work outdoors. Middle of my shift I need to use a restroom and have lunch, but the lady behind the counter said the restrooms were for employees only despite a sign saying customers and employees only.

I never write reviews, but wanted to today. I was having kind of a rough day and stopped at the drive thru on my way home. The lady who was working (I wish I knew her name) was so nice when she greeted me, and continued to be nice at the window before I left. She had such a warm and positive spirit. It was just really nice to have a friendly person who clearly takes pride in their job. Haven’t had nice service like that in a long time and it made my day.
