best burrito in Minnesota, hands down. ive been to just about every hole in the wall restaurant and taco trucks and this one is the best tasting and sized burrito I've ever had!
Came to the taco truck in Cambridge and got a taco, side of rice and burrito. The steak on my burrito and taco was so chewy and dry as if they were sitting out all day. I was wondering how my order came out so fast and I guess I knew why. Don’t come here for fresh tacos and burritos. Absolutely horrible.

Great food. Great service.
Tonight my family and I had Taco Taxi! We had steak burritos with a side of rice and beans. Hands down the best burritos! The tortillas seemed homemade (I did not ask but I am assuming due to great quality), the steak was juice and flavorful, rice was flavorful, and the beans were perfect! 10/10 recommended!
I’m kinda harsh on my tacos. Al pastor isn’t very authentic and no pineapple. Good hot sauce - Actually spicy. friendly folks. Little itty bitty tacos though. I ordered 4 and could’ve doubled that. Good tortillas.
Best enchiladas I have ever had, hands down, no doubt, 100%, no competition! My friends have been going to this place for quite some time and they told me how good it was so I finally made it. Not only were the enchiladas done perfectly but the price was low especially for the quantity and quality. They did not skimp on ingredients and amount. So delicious. The parking lot they are in has plenty of room even though the surrounding area at this time is crawling with construction. Doesn't surprise me one but that this place has 4.9 stars. Easily a 5 ? rated for l food truck!

Taco taxi was an outstanding experience! The staff were incredibly friendly & very interested in making sure I had a great experience. The food was AMAZING!!
I live nearby and saw these folks in their truck at the corner of Lyndale and W. 22nd street. Got two decent sized Asada tacos for $5. Honestly, can't beat the prices and the food was really good! Not sure of how often they rotate locations, but they're worth a stop if you are nearby.

Best taco truck on earth
Very delicious and quality meat tacos I’ve enjoyed over the years! They double layer the small soft shell, and Americano-style packs in many other toppings than the usual like sour cream, cheese, and more for $3 a taco.To-go is packed nicely by even wrapping each individual lime wedge.

If you're looking for a restaurant that is quintessentially East Lake Street, this is it -- straightforward real Mexican food, delicious, and open 'till all hours. Taco Taxi is essential. The address on this listing is a small, vibrantly yellow storefront which is the main location; they also run a permanently situated food trailer across from the Pioneers and Soldiers Memorial Cemetery (a five-minute walk away) which seems to close around 9-10pm and have a truck that pops up in various locations. You order and pay at the counter and they'll call out your food in a few minutes. There are maybe 5 small tables which are well used. Many people take their food to go. The menu covers the basics but is not extensive. Tacos, burritos, tortas, quesadillas, all are exactly as they should be, simple and right, served with a deep red sauce that brings it all together. All the four items above can be made vegetarian if you ask and are great that way; there are also stews on the menu in which meat is clearly an integral part. The menu appears to be the same across the main location and all its outposts. Thank goodness they are open so late -- this is about as perfect as late-night tacos get, and very much worth a stop any time of day. I've gone here for years and have never had a bad visit.
