Tacos el Kevin is WONDERFUL! The tacos are so good. The burritos are huge. The tortas are so well made. The fruit was juicy and sweet. The customer service was great! 5 stars for Tacos el Kevin! We will be going back soon!!! Highly recommend!
I've never been here, but I have a friend named Kevin. We both like tacos. Soooo....5 Star!

Simple, consistent, and spectacular. If i could only recommend 10 restaurants in the city, this would be on the list.
Kid-friendliness: 100%. Kevin is 12 years old himself.

True authentic Mexican tacos! More than enough meat on each taco and the flavor is just absolutely amazing!!! Worth every penny!! I highly recommend. Area/parking might not be very ideal but that's just when you know they are going to be worth it!

Chicken tacos were alright. As a Mexican I rate them 7/10. Good food though.

Should have noticed they had dropped .4 since the last time I was there.
Just tacos asada, but the beef was sliced worse than a "microwaveable pocket style food".
Had not seen this before. Tender vs. leather ?

This place may not be fancy but it is delicious, affordable, and fresh as can be. I spent about $20 and it works out to two meals that blow fast food out the window. Eat here, you'll be glad you did.
And Kevin is the owner's son who's 12!

This was average. I have a friend who loves this place, so I checked it out. There are so many Mexican restaurants that are amazing, it is difficult to stand out in this market.
Parking: Small corner lot.
Wheelchair accessibility: It is very accessible except the only small apron to the parking lot is not marked for Handicap parking and if a car is parked there ,you cannot get the wheelchair up or down the sidewalk.

Some of the best tacos in the city. If you like tacos closer to what you might get in Mexico City. Go here, everything is chopped fresh. Minced finely. My favorite tacos so far in Minneapolis/St Paul.

This was my first and last time. My boyfriend and i ordered carne asada tacos that were completely unseasoned, there was no spices no cumin, chilis etc. on top of them being bland the steak appeared old. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The best thing was my green apple Sidral.

I have been to tacos el Kevin many times, but every time the fries are awful! Tacos are great but don’t get the French fries

We only discovered this place after we moved a block away -- this is a true MPLS hidden gem! delicious tacos as (possibly more) legit than the more popular spots on Lake St. Quick and friendly service plus they have about as good of drink selection as you can get. tons of mexican snacks available for purchase as well that you can't find at regular grocery stores. I recommend the al pastor and carnitas, but you can't go wrong with any of their options. their fries are amazing too!
